I purchased this product mainly for the heating ability and secondly for the television stand aspect. It was quite easy to assemble and very sturdy once it was completely assembled. Installing the actual "fireplace" was a little difficult because of the space and where the screws were to go but once installed, it fit great and was secure. I wish the electric cord was a little longer but is adequate as long as you have an outlet nearby. The piece is beautiful, sturdy and functions great. I have a 39" television that fit perfectly with a enough room to add a lamp and a few little added items to display. Overall, I would highly recommend this product not only for it's beauty and sturdiness but also for heating a room and keeping it comfortable. The timer is a great added benefit as well. I have pets and I don't worry about them touching anything that might be hot on the front of the actual "fireplace" and with the back that is included, I don't worry about them getting into any area that might not be safe. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and walked me through troubleshooting. When it was obvious that it wasn't a simple fix, they shipped out a new heater insert the very next day. I received it 6 days later. It works like a charm! I've waited a month to give it time to be sure that it's going to hold up and it has! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this product and company This arrived 8 days earlier than estimated. I spent a few hours putting it together. It wasn't hard to put together but it was definitely time consuming. Once I had it all assembled, I was waiting back and enjoying the heart and the effect of having a fireplace when the flame effect paused and started again. It repeated this a few more times and then just stopped, flames frozen in place. This was within half an hour of getting it assembled and set up. I followed the troubleshooting guide to make sure the spindle hadn't fallen off but it was in place and it still will not rotate. I've messaged the seller in hopes of getting an exchange on just the heater so I don't have to take this whole thing apart and return it. The cabinet is great. And sitting in the floor to put this thing together was not easy on my lower back. Will update my review based on what happens ... show more

Once put together, I find this a great value for the cost. It did take a bit as it came in 50 different pieces, the instructions are straightforward, and they send extra screws just in case. it is worth the effort. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it in my home.

All is good- quick to heat the room, looks nice. But the noise is a problem. It’s a clicking/rotating sound, about one click per second. This happens whether the heater is on or not. Hoping this can be fixed.

The media could not be loaded. I read many reviews about this TV stand/fireplace before purchasing. I wanted to include it on a wall with some bookshelves to make it kind of look built-in. I have to say it is absolutely gorgeous! It was easy to put together as the instructions were very clear. I did need to drill a few holes on step 5, but I still feel the assembly was very easy. Luckily, I had all the pieces included and it took maybe an hour and a half to assemble. The LED fireplace is very cute and throws off a lot of heat! I love that I can use the flame separately or include the heat. I also like that there’s a timer I can set for the heat. Very much worth the money. ... show more

I really like how this looks in my living room. Pros: * The shelves are adjustable * It gives off good heat and has a timer feature * It has slow closing hindges * There are slots to run cable to the back * Feels pretty sturdy when it's put together Cons * It took awhile to put together.
