DONT!! I REPEAT! Do not buy their hair which they claim is 100% Remy human hair. It is not. I paid to have it installed. And as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This hair is TRASH!! Buyer BEWARE! The first time I watched it it matted up into Barbie hair I have bought enough hair to know what is good quality. Good quality human hair should last six months to a year I had this in for two weeks before it completely matted and tangled. Causing not only the loss of 60% of the weft but my own hair! Not to mention the money I spent on the product just to getting the matted dog hair out. I threw it away reached out to the company they were unwilling to refund me my money. They offered to give me 15% back. I declined. They cannot understand normal English language. There is a huge disconnect and lack of communication between them and the consumer! If you are going to stand behind your product and blame it on a batch from manufacture then you should recoup your money from them and not the person that bought it and ended up with a nightmare of a mess! I would give them zero stars if I could! Would never buy this hair again they did offer to replace it but I declined. Not willing to put my own hair at risk again!

!!*Long Review but worth reading*!! I’ve been trying to get a break from wearing wigs to let my scalp breathe. I just couldn’t afford getting $200+ extensions, so I looked for a cheaper option. These extensions aren’t very high in density, the clips are pretty small and you’ll need at least two packs for a full head. But you can still do so much with them and they aren’t too far off from higher end extensions. I didn’t do this in the photo, but For a more natural look, I highly suggest putting flexi rods or curling iron curls in them to get rid of the “ramen noodle” pattern and make it more full. I also trimmed the extensions in layers to match my real hair length. I love them and I’ve been getting a lot of compliments. Definitely a head turner!

For one, I dunno what they did to change their hair... it used to be soft and manageable and last. Now I cannot wait to remove it from my head! I’ve given them at least 6 five star reviews and have collected their little stickers as incentive. Save 5 get a free pack, well you can only use that one time. Then no more. I’ve spent far too much money on a company with crap customer service and nothing but lies. I’m going to literally try every single other hair supplier out there before even considering this dry tangled mess that’s on my head right now. Ugh!

Update!!! I have bought this hair many times. But this time, the hair is thin and stringy. Not sure that I'm even going to use it. Do not buy this hair. It has changed! And $50 is too much to be spending on hair that isn't human. False advertising! Shame on them for selling this crap! I love this hair. I get the 12in, sewed in, and cut into a Bob. I keep it for 2 months and wash it every 2 weeks. It's bouncy, and doesn't shed much. Plus it's already colored. Win across the board.

This morning I was so excited to wash and conditioner this hair but I was SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN I APPLIED THE CONDITIONERS AND BRUSHED AND A LOT HAIR CAME OUT 😔 😔. I AM A CERTIFIED COSMETOGYST AND I KNOW HOW TO HANDLE HAIR.I believe this hair was over process. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I couldn't wait to get these. But I couldn't use them only the top is good. The ends looks fried. Maybe I got a bad batch but for almost 40 dollars for the 10 inch I have to return them. It's hard enough when you have naturally curly hair to keep it sift and healthy. But these look like damaged hair. They don't even feel soft to the touch. My hair is softer. So disappointed with this purchase.
