I got 8 head units with 2 mini splits. There are built with good materials and work very well. So far, I've only tested their cooling efficiency. Waiting for the cold weather to see how well they perform to warm up the rooms.

The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t work. H6 error code keeps coming up, we contacted customer support and after 3 weeks they sent us an outdoor unit replacement!! Still seeing h6 error code fan blowing strong but not cooling or heating!!! I have used this units a total of 14 times. Always have had issues. I have spent over $3000 for something that has never worked!!! I would really like my money back so I can buy a different unit that works. I have brought 6 companies here and all say the system has issues!! ... show more

Units work great. As a home owner install it was easy to install. Do the research first to see what you need. Comes with 16ft line sets for each evap. Comes with complete install kit also. Very pleased.

    • Cheap materials. Do yourself a favor and buy longer everything

Could get a 5 star if a couple key things would change. You should know that the wall bracket that holds the evaporator unit inside your house is cheap tin. Due to the tin bracket being so weak the unit will not set flush against the wall so the top has a gap and looks tacky. The units work well and as advertised. Wiring sent says 16awg but is actually 20awg. I suggest using the thicker wire to run from inside to the outside unit and buying 8awg-12awg to run the condensing unit. Wrap the pipes extremely tight. 16ft of accessory’s for hook up is a rip off unless you plan to have all the units in the same room and on the same wall. There should be 30ft, 25ft, 20ft, and “16ft” for this to even be possible and allow a person to put them in separate rooms. The company has went as cheap as possible to make this a DIY thing. I own a HVAC company and would do things a little differently if I wanted people to buy my product. ... show more

    • Do not buy, no support for broken parts
One of the units did not work upon installation. We’ve reached out to the seller and to the manufacturing. With no help whatsoever. I will escalate this to Amazon. The way this system is set up if one of the heads fails then all of the other ones do not work either. We spent $6000 to get this install installed and now it doesn’t even work.     • Solid Dual AC System
The media could not be loaded. I installed the AC a few days ago, and it's working as expected. It came with all the necessary components, and the pipe was already prepared for connection, which was a nice touch. However, the pipe wasn't long enough for my rooms, but that's not a major issue and hopefully, you'll have better luck with the length. During installation, I didn't encounter any problems, and my partner and I followed the instructions step by step, so the documentation is clear and accurate. The indoor unit looks good, and when it's running, it's quite quiet. The outdoor unit performs well too. In heating mode, it operates at no more than 43 dB (according to my Apple Watch), so it's quiet enough to place near windows without being heard.
