I had a 5 quart something air fryer never was big enough for me and my three teenagers. The new one is a little difficult to use at the beginning. I almost took it back but I ended up getting used to it and now I love it it’s not perfect because it does smoke a little bit at times when food drips down, but I have learned to put, a pan underneath the basket and catch all the drippings but very good quality. ... show more

This is my 2nd Cosori Air Fryer Toaster Oven, but this one is a total game changer! I loved my older model oven, but I liked that this model has the added meat thermometer. When I unboxed this new model, it was in perfect condition, but the meat thermometer was missing. Oh no! I emailed Cosori and they got back to me the next day and informed me that they were shipping out a thermometer. I was very happy with the quick response. The only downside, and not the fault of Cosori at all, was that the Post Office had it at my neighborhood branch for 5 days before finally delivering it today. I toasted a whole chicken in it last week and it was delicious and perfectly cooked and browned. Cleanup was a breeze with the new ceramic coated walls and no exposed heating elements of the oven. I was dreading the cleanup after seeing all the grease spattered all over the inside of the oven, but it was no problem at all. I first used paper towels to wipe up all the grease (used a LOT of them, lol) and then followed that up with damp, clean paper towels and voila, spotlessly clean with no scrubbing! My only regret was that I forgot to add water to the drip pan to avoid having my kitchen looking like the London fog from the smoke. I’m getting ready to bake a pizza in it now. I’m sure it will be great, since my other one did such a great job (gifted that one to my neighbor and he LOVES it). It is a little large depth wise, but I made it fit in my small apartment kitchen. I rarely use my horrible bottom-of-the-line apartment electric stove oven now. If you have the space to accommodate this oven, I’m fairly confident you’ll love it! Just buy it! ... show more

This latest model was just released and it checked all the boxes for me. The size, functions, and looks are great. For those wondering, the outside measurements are: 17"W x 15"D x 12.5H. The interior measurements are: 15'W x 13"D x 8.75" H. It will fit a 9x13 pan without the lip around it. It's perfect right? WRONG! Toast setting: Horrible results. A single piece of toast takes over 9 minutes. Way longer than my previous Breville toaster oven which I thought took a long time too...at least the toast came out perfect with that machine. Even after 9 minutes the toast wasn't evenly done. Weird. Airfry setting: Horrible results. My Tyson chicken strips took as long as my big oven to cook. And, it needs to preheat first. And the final product left the inside undercooked with the outside crispy (almost burned). I know from my previous air fryer that there's a learning curve but after several attempts at adjusting the temperature setting and time...it still failed the test. Baking: I made a batch of homemade choc chip cookies. They all came out different with some under-done and others almost burned on the bottom. I use a measured cookie scoop so they were all identical in size. Air baking: After the fail on baking, I tried the air-bake setting which is basically convection bake. The cookies came out with brown and light spots all over the top of them. They looked really weird and some were more baked inside than others. Lastly, the other thing that annoyed me...I'm right handed, and the handle portion of this toaster/air fryer is on the left side. I kept trying to grab the right side without thinking and would accidently touch the settings and mess them up. It isn't a deal breaker but it's weird that they would make the handle this way when the majority of the population is right handed. Overall, I REALLY wish I could recommend the CERAMIC version of this toaster/air fryer but I can't. Now I'm back to doing a ton more research to find another option.
