This flosser does a great job. It is easy to hold, and has good power to clean out between tight-fitting teeth. It is easy to fill, empty, and recharge. I thought it would be difficult to use, but it fits my hand just fine and is light when full of water. I still spray water around, but it is so much easier to use than my larger countertop flosser. I am flossing much more often than I did before I bought this item. It holds enough water. My gums feel great, and I haven't even gotten out of child mode yet. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Works well. I don't know how much of a difference it makes. I use it after every time I brush though because I hate plaque buildup on my teeth. Does not replace actual flossing. So, I brush, then floss, then use this to wash everything away. Seems ok. Don't know if I recommend, but it's a good value for the price. Not too loud, plenty of water capacity and I do like the rechargeable aspect of it. I've had it for about 2 years I think now, so yeah, it's holding up well for something that gets used at least 3 times a day.

I’m really impressed with the COSLUS Water Dental Flosser C20 so far. It came with multiple attachments, including an orthodontic tip (which I love), and a USB charging cable. Just note that it doesn’t include the wall block, but that wasn’t a big deal since I already had one. I had never used a water flosser before, so my first attempt was a little chaotic — I filled it up, turned it on, and accidentally sprayed water all over my bathroom. Lesson learned: definitely keep it in your mouth before turning it on! 😅 Once I figured that out, it worked great. The pressure is very powerful, which makes it feel like it’s doing a really thorough job. The 300 ml tank lasted me about one full use, but it’s super easy to refill and snap back together. The design is sleek, lightweight, and cordless, which will make it perfect for traveling. Since I just started using it, I can’t speak to the battery longevity or long-term durability yet, but based on the power, ease of use, and included attachments, I’m very happy with this purchase so far. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a strong, portable water flosser!

At my age, I've had many teeth crowned. Floss is a nightmare in that circumstance, and I've used those little brushes, which can fit into tight spaces. But very recently, I suffered a MAJOR toothache resulting from a tiny bit of food caught between the bottom edge of a crown and the gum, that triggered bad inflammation. Only an epic brushing finally removed the offending, VERY tiny particle. I immediately decided that I should look in to a water flosser. This one was rated highly, and was affordable (many are not). And this thing WORKS! When I've finished with it, it has washed loose myriad tiny particles from between my teeth, and under the edges of crowns. Hopefully, there will be no more recurrence of that horrible, painful experience from a lodged particle next to a gum line. I'm totally happy with this unit!

It is very comfortable to hold and use. My teeth felt very clean after I used it. It feels very sturdy. Easy to add the water. My only concern is the plug receptacle: there is a tiny rubber plug to cover it. It is not permanently attached, so be very careful not to lose when you are charging the unit as it is needed so no water gets in. Love that it is not umbilicaled to a large unit making it hard to have the mobility needed to do a thorough job. It is very comfortable to use. It’s sleek and nice looking. I don’t mind the buzz, and I find the pressure is very good. I did need to reload the water, but I did on my old one too. Very good price point for what seems real quality materials.
