So, I wanted to give this a nice review, mainly because of the customer service. When this came in, one end was busted out. This was due to, I'm sure, a very high fall because it was nicely packed in styrofoam all over. I'm not sure at what point it was dropped, either from the stockroom or via shipping, but needless to say, it was completely damaged. Now, I contacted the seller about this and they were SUPER NICE!! I did send them some images of the damage and SKU number, ext. I have been completely refunded and super fast. The bench was super cute, too.
