I knew going in that I would probably not be able to run this at the 3600 mhz that it was rated to work at, when I installed it on my setup. I am currently running a Corsair Vengeance computer with an i7 11700 non k cpu, and a MSI Z490-A pro motherboard. Once installed and set to XMP it gave me the overclock error. I dropped it to 3200 mhz and it booted fine with no problems since. I am running bios E7C751Z1.2CB, or 2.CB is how CPU Z reads it. It should easily go higher, but I will have to play with the overclock settings and see how high I can get it to work while being stable. This kit is using Nanya chips, at least the sticks I have, which is fine. Even if it goes no higher, it has been a good upgrade from 16 gb. Things seem to run very smoothly and I have no problems running discord and surfing the web on my second monitor, while gaming on my main one. I have two 27" MSI monitors side by side. The rgb looks great, and since I have a Corsair Vengeance computer already it just worked right off the bat with my icue software. I feel much better about having 32 gbs of memory for my future PC games. I also know that, although I have no plans too, in the future if I upgrade or change the motherboard and possibly the cpu, I can still use this memory and it will work fine at its rated speed of 3600 mhz. I have no cons. Corsair makes great memory and other computer components, and this memory was a great value at this low of a price in the summer of 2023. ... show more

I did a lot of shopping around for RAM before buying, so if you're shopping around for RAM as well, here's some notes on why you should consider getting these. 1. SPD Latency is 15-15-15-36 SPD latency refers to the factory-set default timings programmed into the RAM to ensure compatibility at lower speeds, such as 2133MHz. In order, those numbers represent CAS Latency, tRCD, tRP, and tRAS, which probably mean nothing to you, but these all refer to the latency and delays, and in this case, the lower the number, the better. 2. CL16-20-20-38 This is basically the same thing as the SPD latency, but refers to when XMP (Extreme Memory Profile), or manually configured overclocked settings when the RAM is running at its higher rated speed (3200MHz). These numbers are higher than the factory-default because at higher speeds, slightly higher timings may be required for stable operation. At the time that I was looking around for RAM (June/July 2024), I was seeing a lot of options that matched my needs; 32 GB, DDR4, at least 3200Mhz, and has cool showy lights. However, this is one of the few that had a CL of 16 and not 18. The difference is minimal and not noticeable, but when you factor in the price, the look, and the brand (well-known brands like Corsair are generally more reliable), this one was at the top for me. ... show more

Easy to install. My kid loves it and it makes him happy. That's all that matters in life. Don't let anyone steal your Joy. I'll write another review if these crap out. But Corsair makes some fine products and I haven't had any trouble with this manufacture in past PC builds.

Pretty nice. Games finally have room to work. Had a 16gb but pc needed breathing room and this opened it up a ton. RGB is also nice but can interfere with other rgb softwares if installed

love them doubled my memory make sure you know what you are buying my mother board will not take ddr5 make sure you get the highest mhz your board can run and the lights will not work in sequence with my light controller from corsair so there is that they do what i need them to period
