I am an american who lives in America, I ordered this PSU under the assumption i would be able to actually use it come to find out that it comes from Amazon UK i opened the psu box to admire it to find out that it has the UK plug to it, to make matters worse there is NO ADAPTER FOR AMERICAN OUTLETS in the box. ... show more

Installed psu left it unplugged till end. Hooked up MOBO, cpu, gpu, and a couple Sata connectors. Flipped the switch on the back. Computer turned on... weird. No post, fans on and lights on but won’t respond. Power button doesn’t work. Shut down. Put old psu in. Same issue. Fried my motherboard.

I was excited about this, just upgraded everything in my PC and got this psu. Got it all hooked up and flipped the switch, great I have my rgb lights going....then I push the power button...the psu sparked, made a loud popping noise, smoked for a second and shut my whole PC down. I put my old psu back in and it turns on and works fine...time to troubleshoot and pray it didn't fry my BRAND NEW parts. ... show more
