    • Pretty, lightweight dishes
The dishes are nice but the dessert or bread plates are really too small. They are the size of the cup saucers in the vintage sets. That was very disappointing also for the price should have had coffee cups with the set. I really liked my vintage set I had mine for over 40 years when I read that as they age and as the pattern wears off they leach poison into your food from the painted design that you should retire them, in all the years of having them I only broke one plate it fell from my counter top to the porcelain floor and broke in a a lot of pieces. I used those every day but did see the design fading so decided to replace those with a set of no pattern so that the food would never touch a painted surface. I don’t know why they made the dessert or bread plates so small. I do love the light weight of them. ... show more

I grew up using Corelle plates, so when I moved into my first apartment with my husband I knew these were the way to go. They are so lightweight and thin, but still sturdy. Love these plates and will be using them forever.
