It works just fine!
Color: Silver
Item is well crafted. The mallets are not quite what we need, but they are fine for minor practice. You will probably need to buy a set of proper mallets if your kid is in an actual band. The bells are in tune, and everything is sturdy enough to last for awhile.

Great value and sound
Color: Silver
My son started percussion this year and they started him with the xzylophone. The school wanted $1200+ for a starter set with snare drum.. This set was a fraction of the price and works great. I love how everything fits in the carry case and when assembled it is sturdy. I love that the snare head is not as loud as a real snare drum but my son still gets the feel of playing and can practice his rudiments without waking up the whole house.

Great price, case quality poor.
Color: Silver
The price was good as it was on sale and we wanted to get it early enough not worry about receiving it before school started. However, after using it at school twice, the zipper on the case broke. Otherwise we would give it more stars.

great
Color: Silver
Everything is great, but it would be even better with a dedicated holder for the mallets—the current one tends to let them fall.
