Great customer support with follow-up emails along the way to make sure the size and fit are correct. The item is shipped in two packages and were delivered way before the estimated recieved date. The vertical blinds are a cloth fabric, not vinyl so not stiff at all. They are weighted and connected at the bottom so they serve their purpose. The overall fit was as sized and looks good on my patio door.

From ordering and throughout the whole process, I was kept updated and told what to expect! The blinds arrived on time and they explained I would receive 2 packages. The blinds came in a smaller box which I didn't expect, but were packaged very well! Great quality, easy to install and I love them! It's was a little bit difficult to understand the instructions but you'll figure it out. I will definitely order from them again!!

When unopening the package for 1 of the blinds, some small pieces fell out. No answer from the company when i messaged them. The rods are decent, but the blinds are flimsy and blow in the wind when a window anywhere in the room is open. They are all connected at the bottom with a plastic chain going to each slat, very unappealing inmo. They look nice , but I wished I would of gotten some locally so I could see exactly what Im buying.

I'm giving LANMAO five stars because their sliding glass door blinds met all of my expectations. Customer service was outstanding. They made sure that my order specifications and measurements were accurate before they completed the order. The blinds came quickly, were easy to install, and fit perfectly to the doors. The black out fabric is sheer, and I was concerned that they wouldn't block out enough light when closed, but they do work much better than expected. The cords to adjust the amount of opening hang loosely at the side, which may bother some customers, but they are very easy to use, and the panels open and close very easily. The white fabric is very light and white, which may be a surprise if you're expecting a more subdued shade. For the price and quality, and the customer service, these blinds are very nice.

The measurements were spot on and there was an open line of communication to make sure everything was accurate. The shades were simple enough to install. Our only issue is the slats themselves. They are not rigid at all as shown in the video on their page. They are flimsy, paper-like material. The valence is cheap and dated looking, like something you might find in a grandparent’s mobile home. The vendor did provide a 20% refund instead of us having to uninstall everything to send back, which was appreciated, but I would have rather had the product I thought we were getting. We will have to use that money to buy higher quality slats.
