Update 2 (9/16): My issue has been resolved and I can confirm that Prettycare has excellent customer service. My issue was revolved quickly and my vacuum was replaced with an even better version of this vacuum. I have never had a better customer service experience than this. Updated Review: I'm disappointed that my vacuum has stopped working. I have 2 places I live for 6 months each. This vacuum was at one house, so it was only used for half a year. Anyways, the vacuum completely died on me. It won't charge, it wouldn't turn off until I drained the battery, and it has an unknown error code "E8" Hopefully I can come back and edit this post about good customer service. Until then, I have to consider this a no buy product. Original Review: I needed a vacuum to clean dog hair from my hardwood floors and a couple 8"x10" rugs. My dog sheds A LOT, so the floor needs to be vacuumed every single day. I don't know the square footage of the downstairs, but it's most like in the 1,000ft² range, probably more. For the most part this vacuum is used only downstairs and on the stairs themselves (2 sets). Our plug in Dyson does the carpeted bedrooms upstairs. This vacuum sucks up dog hair with ease on the low setting. In fact, it actully sucks it up outside of the part touching the floor. It sucks in a couple inches wide of where you actually push the vacuum. This is for a hardwood floor only, as on carpets it only sucks up exactly where the vacuum runs. On carpets, the vacuum is much weaker, but still works well. We have new and rather thin carpets, so I turn this up to high power and it cleans them perfectly. If I leave it on low power, it still works, but I sometimes have to go over a spot I already hit and go much slower. On stairs, this thing is a dream come true. I have all wood stairs as I have not purchased a runner yet. I usually do high power, but it really only needs low power. I normally dread stairs with a heavy plug in Dyson and to be honest, I just don't do them often enough. This vacuum make stairs so easy. It's so light weight, and the head light is amazing for the dark corners of the stairs. It's so maneuverable so going from step to step and turning it around to get both sides of the steps is great. Battery life is also great for my use. I have yet to get below 40% and if you actually read my whole review, you know I use low and high power and vacuum over 1,000ft² plus 2 flights of stairs. Usually I have about 60% left, but when it shows 60% it usually means I rushed and skipped some areas. Overall, the battery life is much better than my old cordless Dyson that cost over $300. Pros: - Lightweight - Easy to use - Maneuverable - Great Battery life - Strong suction - Makes me actually want to vacuum everyday (Seriously, I want to use it) - It's on the quiet side, especially in low power mode. - There are seriously so many more great things about this vacuum. I could go on and on. Cons: - There really aren't any so far but I'll nitpick to find things.... - Removing the dust bin to access the filter is difficult and I always feel like I'm going to break the device - I wish there was a wireless charging option If you are considering this vacuum, it's time to pull the trigger. You will absolutely not regret it. This is a definite absolute must buy for anyone in the market for this type of product. ... show more

    • Horrible vaccum/Horrible Customer Service
I bought this Vaccum on June 11, 2022, within a month it stopped working, and I have only used it to vaccum a rug in my livingroom, and to vaccum off the couches. I do not allow shoes on the carpet or food on the couch. At first they sent me a new head with brush roller. A few months later everytime I put the battery in it would just start running and then I could not turn it off, I got an E7 error on the battery. Then had to pull the battery out to make it stop. I went back and forth through email with the company asking for a replacement at first, since I had the vaccum for less than 6 months. They offered to replace with an older model saying they did not have the one I had bought, although when I checked Amazon they had plenty. I told them that was unsatisfactory because why would I want an old model when I paid for the newer model, but I would accept the latest model that just came out. They refused. After going back and forth I asked for a refund, they only offered a 30% refund. At that point I said fine, I'll take it. Here we are September 2023 and I have not recieved a refund.     • Doesn’t Suck Up Dirt!
Initially worked and is lightweight which I appreciated. After less than two months, it no longer picks up anything. Dirt cup is small. It now spits out what dirt it may have picked up when you turn it off. Waste of $. Can’t return since it’s past the one month window. Don’t bother!!!! UPDATE 7/5: Upon seeing my negative review, their customer care reached out to me via email offering a new vacuum, a credit towards another model or a refund. I selected the refund. I did receive my money back, which I appreciated. While I would not buy a vacuum again from them, I am very satisfied with how the issue was resolved and pleased with their company on taking the initiative to make things right. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit 6/16: customer care was amazing and fast to resolve/respond. They sent me a whole new vacuum free of charge with delivery basically overnight. Turns out the error code was due to the battery short circuiting from possibly obtaining damage through the delivery process. Regardless, I am so excited to have my vacuum back up and running! It truly is perfect for my 3 large shedders and really does have strong suction. See video, that was me just vacuuming quickly without actually trying to be perfect. I've only owned this for 1 month. Purchased on May 4th and it had been working great. I truly loved it, HOWEVER, it wont charge anymore and I am getting a flashing red error code. Unfortunately, the manual does not mention this code anywhere. I reached out to support & will update review based on how they resolve this issue. Pros: - Loved the suction power. Picks up all my pet hair. (I have 2 large labs and a red heeler. All three shed A LOT) - Love the light to show where debris is left behind. (Works best when light around you is off/minimal to see debris left behind better) - Love the attachments. - Love that its cordless Cons: - It is EXTREMELY top heavy so if you want this because of the handheld function, then beware especially if you have arthritis like I do. - The power button is in a crappy spot so I am constantly accidentally turning it off since its in the inside of where you hold the handle so my knuckles always hit it. Other concerns, but not too much of an issue for me: - The batter does die pretty quickly and it does take a few hours for it to be fully charged again so I can never do my whole two story house at one time, but its not too big of an issue for me. ... show more
