I needed a vacuum for the kitchen that is portable and light that is easy to use by elderly people. This vacuum fits my needs without going over budget. I was impressed with the quality and performance.The product arrived in a medium sized box that can easily be carried by one person. The product box has modest branding, and the vacuum was secured properly inside the box. The product needs a little assembly, but that’s ok as the assembly is straightforward without the need of instructional manual. I was able to assemble the product in less than a minute and ready to vacuum. I like that the battery is easily removable, meaning it can be replaced later on if needed. Operating the vacuum is very easy as there are only 2 buttons, one for power, and the other for power levels. The middle power level is applicable to majority of cleaning needs, it can easily suck crumbs, dust, and bite size foods easily. For heavier debris, the high power level can deliver enough sucking power to suck small marbles and coins. I like that the tube is divided into 2 parts, so that we can choose the length depending on the cleaning needs. The 2 additional heads are excellent when cleaning furniture and the couch. If there is one thing, I wish that it came with a small brush head that can be used for cleaning keyboards, computers, and other electronics. The filter inside does not get dirty easily because of the metal mesh covering it, and I love that it can easily be removed and washed. The brush in the floor head can also be easily removed using a coin (twist to loosen) if ever it gets entangled with hairs or strings. The battery life is good, I can use this vacuum to clean an entire room and barely lost 1 bar battery life. Since the charger is always near its docking station, I can easily plug it in so that it’s always fully charged and ready to use. Finally, the build quality is premium, this vacuum can endure some minor drops on regular use.Overall, I am impressed with the quality and sucking power of this vacuum. It is not the most powerful, but it gets the job done for our regular daily cleaning needs. If ever the manufacturer reads this, I wish they include a smaller brush heads for cleaning electronics too. Other than that, this product is still a 5 star for me. ... show more

I’m impressed. I’ve been wanting a cordless Vacuum for some time, but I’ve tried to hold out for a Dyson. With the combination of warmer weather, dust, and a cat on hardwood floors, I’d had enough. This puppy came yesterday and I started to charge it immediately. The results did not disappointment. It maneuvers easily across hardwood to carpet and the width is smaller than my normal vacuum so I can easily navigate other spaces unreachable normally. The power is not disappointing either! For the price of this unit….it doesn’t get much better. The suction is legit, more powerful than a lot of full size uprights even. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Only thing to look out for Is making sure the battery pack is fully attached to get a solid charge.

For the money it's a great vacuum. But you definitely get what you pay for. Dyson's are well made, strong, good mount, and just feel sturdy. This one is very light, kind of flimsy, and the mount is a worthless piece of plastic that doesn't hold the vacuum. But it does the job well, so still a great buy if you don't care about name brand. Purchased this vacuum a couple weeks ago and just got to use it at our new home. I've noted down a few things about it that everyone should find helpful.1. The first use for this vacuum was to clean a couch that still had dog hair between the pieces. It was super easy to use for this due to it's weight and maneuverability. One thing to keep in mind is due to this being cordless it doesn't have "incredible" sucking power. You will have to go over the area a few times before it really starts to pull the pet hair off. However, it does great on pet hair that is more recent as it isn't as stuck to the surface you are trying to vacuum.2. I used this vacuum on some light fixtures, corners of the house, and other areas that had dust, drywall, cobwebs, etc.. It worked great! It's super light to reach above your head and picks up almost everything in one go.3. I vacuumed some rugs after our first week and it did great! Super fast to maneuver around furniture and works just as good as your normal household corded vacuum.I'd say this vacuum is perfect for a college student or young couple who have their first apartment/home. I bought this to replace my Dyson stick V8 vacuum purchased in 2019 which has ceased to work for unknown reasons (just changed the battery and that didn't help) . So far this cordless vacuum has my vote. In my opinion it is superior to the Dyson in many ways -- lighter in weight, seems to run longer on a charge, has a "headlight" and $180 cheaper than the cheapest Dyson. The head is not as wide so the cleaning path is narrower but I find that an advantage in getting between table and chair legs. It may not work for those who have plush rugs and animal hair but it seems, so far, to be perfect for me. ... show more
