This vacuum is great for the price I got it for! I was worried for the value of the product since it was more affordable than other vacuums I looked at but I loved it! It’s quiet so it’s good for apartment living as some vacuums can be really loud and obnoxious to neighbors so I was able to vacuum at any time of day and not be a bother to anyone. Lasted about 1 1/2 years before I got so annoyed I considered buying a new vacuum. Everything about this vacuum is just okay. The battery life is okay. I don’t have a huge house (maybe 1400 sq ft) and it didn’t last the whole time. Granted - that was with doing the floors, couches, window tracks etc. The suction was good not great. I found that it would pick things up and as soon as I turned it off I would have a pile of dirt that I would have to pick up by hand. It doesn’t do well on carpet. It might pick up something big but definitely doesn’t grab pet hair on carpet. I liked that there was two speeds but honestly I never used the lightest one because it didn’t do much. I did like that the vacuum came with an extra filter. It has a light on the beater board that was extremely helpful. Sometimes I didn’t even see the hair until I was vacuuming. I am pretty tall (5’9) and it was a great height for me. It’s also extremely easy to maneuver. It became a vacuum that I wanted to love but really only was able to use for small clean ups (and with the lack of suction even that became irritating). The final straw was that my beater board just randomly stopped working. I clean it very consistently and make sure there is no hair trapped around it but unfortunately it only worked for about 10 seconds before turning off. Nice, light and very maneuverable. The battery life in about 9 months has become awful!! Can use for less than 7 minutes of vacuuming before it dies and needs to be plugged in. Unfortunately, the company does not support its product beyond 4 months. Very sad that company has suchlittle confidence in its product. Very disappointed. ... show more

We have been using this vacuum since December of last year. Worked really well until the brush stopped spinning and we couldn’t open the bottom brush to clean it off. Ended up contacting support and they were very quick to help respond and send a new part. the quality is definitely not that of a Dyson, but the cost is four times less than what you would pay for that. This vacuum is really amazing. Its really just as good as a Dyson for a fraction of the price! Its easy to clean, portable and durable. The customer service for the vacuum is top notch as well! They are friendly and reliable and helped with any concerns that I needed quickly. I highly recommend this vacuum best brand on the market for the price point.     • Loved this vacuum until it stopped but great customer service
*Update below I bought this stick vacuum for many reasons: it was inexpensive, lightweight, and it had a light; came with attachments, and was cordless. I purchased it in Dec of 2021. It required snapping pieces together, but it only took a few minutes and was simple. The vacuum worked great on my tile floors, hardwood, and a wool area rug. We have two cats and I vacuum a lot! The vacuum did great at suctioning cat hair off the solid floors as well as the carpet. It also did a good job at vacuuming cat litter. We used this vacuum in about 1500+ Sq ft of space and the battery always held up strong. I thought it was a great purchase and did an excellent job. The only problem with these stick vacuums - more so the off brands - the batteries just don't last. I've owned 3 off brand cordless vacuums and the batteries go from working to no longer charging, pretty much overnight. That's exactly what happened with this vacuum. It worked and then it didn't. Just. Like. That. I prefer not to buy these things only to throw them in the dump a year or less later. Purchased Dec 2021 - stopped working Oct 2022. Not even 1 year old. *Update - after reviewing the vac I received an email from the company. I was shocked that they were offering me a replacement free of charge. I wouldn't even need to send the other one back. All they asked was that I update or delete my review. I assures them that when the vac arrived I would update - so here I am. I going to be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. I couldn't believe they were going to send me an upgraded vac. The company reached out, and after very prompt communication I had a brand new stick vacuum at my door 4 days later. I am so happy to have received a new upgraded stick vacuum, and since this company totally amazed me by reaching out and sending me a new vac, I would definitely recommend buying from them! While the vac I reviewed will stay at 4 stars because of its short life, I give their customer service rep 5 stars! ... show more

I contacted the company when my vacuum had stopped working properly and Diana was very responsive to troubleshoot the issue. I am currently awaiting a replacement brush head which should hopefully resolve the issue. I am very satisfied with the customer service so far and would recommend them based on my experience. ... show more

    • Great for small home and quick cleaning
I don’t normally leave reviews for products. This one was purchased to help combat grass and outdoor debris brought in from new puppy. You can imagine how often I have had to let them in and out. Bless that puppy, but she’s a walking microfiber towel. Her coat collects so much stuff!!! This vacuum has made keeping up with her little messes enjoyable. It’s replaced the need to sweep every day. And with it being cordless I don’t need to worry about her getting tangled up. Those are pluses but the biggest one is the easy release for the spinning mechanism. I’ve broken name brand vacuums with my hair. This one lets me clean it out!!! I can’t give a solid review on how it works on carpet. I have all vinyl flooring. ... show more
