The media could not be loaded. it works just the same as the old school thermal printers, super fast, super small. will update if theres any issues with it along the way! the protection plan is a must with these things since you never know when they might break down on you.( mine did before friday the 13th flash and had to buy a brand new one; this happened with a different product)

I bought this printer and didn’t immediately get to using it so it sat on my desk for two months. When I had the time I tried using it and it won’t feed paper through nor print any images. I am past the return window so I reached out to the support folks and they said it was wrong paper so I bought the paper they advised. Still won’t print. Now they told me to see Amazon store. So if you purchase this printer I suggest to immediately make sure it functions correctly or you will have a $200 paper wait.

This is very nice and works fantastic. It's easy to operate through the app. If you use regular transfer paper, not only remove the center paper, but you'll also need to remove the yellow backing. Once you do that, it prints through your phone, through the app, just fine. You can also edit your pictures through the app to mirror, crop, resize, or adjust to get the perfect stencil. This is such a time saver!
