The gun has lots of options. Multiple temps and fan speed, can also choose different pieces for the nozzle to precisely get the heat where needed. My M18 batteries hooked up perfectly and made this a great value for me. It’s not a tool I use everyday, so I expect it to last some time

This small unit is very light. Doesn’t seem heavy duty and the heat generated is not great. If you really need a workhorse, I suggest you go with the corded ones.

Needed to wrap my boat for the winter but this heat gun was not strong enough to do the job. So I used it on other projects and it works well. It’s lightweight. Battery life lasts a couple hours which is not to bad for me. Heat output is good. Easy to use. Not a bad price when you don’t want to pull out the heavy duty one.

I love not having the cord and I can use all my Milwaukee batteries on this I find it very easy to use screen readout is clear and easy to understand all in all seems like a great product made in China but what's not.
