I purchased these as a lightning deal over a year ago for Christmas presents for my younger nieces and nephews as well as my own 2 kids. It was a last minute gift and they seemed like a really great idea. But they were so cheap I figured it wasn’t the end of the world if the kids didn’t love them. When the kids first opened them, I was a touch disappointed that the colors weren’t quite as bright as I had hoped. The kids seemed to like them though, so I was happy. I also kept an eye on my kids with these, since the elastic cord that keeps the stylus attached to the screen was long enough and stretchy enough to pose a strangulation hazard. Take it off, and the stylus would be too easily lost. Younger children will probably need help getting the stylus out, but that’s just as well because of the long stretchy cord. Fast forward over a year later, and these were and continue to be a hit. Both my kids and nieces and nephew have really enjoyed these, and I was just recently hearing how much my nieces and nephews still like theirs, ages ranging from 18 months to 8 years old. My son’s did recently break, but that was probably more toddler negligence (I think it accidentally got stepped on a few times) but my daughter’s is going strong and they both got a LOT of use out of them! They use them at home free drawing, my son likes to drive his little cars over them to leave tire tracks, they’re useful for teaching, and they’re very portable for on the go. These were surprisingly great!

I love these, they’re durable and very easy to teach even younger kids to use. My older nephew (9) was a bit annoyed that you couldn’t choose the colors but he was on board once he realized he could use it to write rainbow words and stuff lol. Overall great for kids, and a good source of entertainment for long car rides. I will say though, it doesn’t light up or anything so it’s not suitable for nighttime trips.

I use the tablets in my preschool classroom writing center. It is a good way to encourage some to write and practice fine motor skills. I did attach the pens with a string so it wouldn't get lost.

It came with extra batteries and packaged nicely in a box which is nice. However, the writing isn’t very bright. Guess I thought it would have some sort of backlight. I tried it before turning it on and on or off it looks the same. You need to turn it on to erase. The OT who works with my students used something like these with my students and my students love them so when these popped up at a good price I thought I would give them a try. Price was right and my students like them, so worth it, but I was a little disappointed. I will update if they don’t last.

Great product to have on hand in the "gift bin". Gave all 4 as gifts from ages 5 to 11. Product came with batteries installed plus 4 extra, 4 stylus pens and 4 cords to keep them attached. The board has a bright, rainbow design when written on. Lock/Unlock switch. Each pad has been used regularly for 4 months without issues. Anyone and everyone enjoys these! 10/10 recommend.

For the price, these were great!!! We’ve gone through several of these tablets because the batteries just don’t last forever, so the fact that these came with a backup battery was great!! We use them for the car and church since they are quiet. The lanyards were also another great feature, not all of the others we’ve purchased have had the lanyard included, so an extra plus!!! Overall perfect for my 2 and 4 year old! The sticker packs were just the icing on the cake for my kiddos. You can’t go wrong with stickers.

As LCD tablets go, it's pretty good value for the money. However, my biggest issue is that the Amazon pics led me to believe that the tablet screen was monochrome (green). It is not. It's polychrome, like many kids tablets. Also, maybe it's my imagination, but the tablet's screen seems somewhat dim compared to Boogie Boards or more adult-oriented LCD tablets.
