I am extremely impressed with this Tiller. I started using it today and did not want to stop. Lots of power and works extremely great. One of my best garden tools. I highly recommend it for small vegetable gardens. I am using 5 amp batteries and it lasts for 20 minutes before needing a recharge.

Great device. This works better than the gas powered one I had of rhe same size. Great that the different color represent the battery they are compatible with. Unlike the gas one you can operate this with one hand. It eats through small roots and dry dirt

If you are reading this, BUY IT ! I had a gas powered mini tiller that worked great but failed due to the gas hoses rotting so I replaced them, then wouldnt stay running because now it needs the carb cleaned and rebuilt. I solved that and future problems by purchasing this. As a comparison, I think this does just as good a job as my gas powered one without all the headaches and you dont have to buy gas/oil and mix it. This thing will chip away at untilled soil just the same. Also the tines are much easier to get off on this and cleaning a breeze. If you are still reading this, then for sure buy it. I have no complaint at all, the power is there and speed is perfect, anything faster will be slinging dirt everywhere. Only time will tell, but there is really no comparison from a corded or gas powered mini tiller, this will beat them in every manner. Extremely satisfied as long as it lasts me a few yrs. If you have untilled dirt, just knock the weeds or grass down to ground level first and remove them and you are good to go.

This thing is amazing for the $. You’ll need at least a 6amph battery as it chews up the smaller ones quick. I cultivated a 1/4 acre yard for new sod in about thirty minutes. Tines are sharp and cut through the hardest dirt. Easy to assemble and break down for storage! Some of the best chinesium I’ve ever purchased.

i assembled this and its a piece of junk. returning it asap. does not do what it is supposed to do. I mean 100 bucks why not try it as i run all Makita tools, but thi is total crap. save your money
