I like this little grinder, I received it for a review so I put it thru the ringer and this is my opinion and nothing more about this product. First of all the most impressive part is this little grinder is very light weight compared to some of the 18 and 20 volt models. I like that it comes with 2 different batteries to keep up with one charged and the other in use. This grinder works as most work but, there is no speed control it is either on or off no multiple speeds or anything like that. It's a simple slide up switch to the on position and down for off. The discs that it uses are 3inch which are pretty common and easy enough to find. The one I received didn't come with any attachments for using it right out of the box so I had to purchase a couple of steel cutting blades and a flapper wheel to sand some welds. Then I put this little dude to work. I can say the safety guard is a little bit in the way but most of them are and they are there for your safety. I ground off some welds smooth and cut a couple of pieces of angle iron and and touched up a few other things that needed to be smoothed and rust taken off of them and that is about all the battery could stand. I think that for a small time hobby this is perfect and light weight enough to be used frequently. The draw back I have is the 12V didn't seem to last long enough for me, I may have gotten 20 total minutes of run time and I am being generous about that being 20 in a stretch. I of course plugged up the second battery and kept on moving till it died as well with the hopes the first would be ready to roll with no dice. The turn around time seems to be about 2+/- hours to achieve a full charge on the little battery packs. My overall impression is this is not bad for a little bit of grinding here and there or rather cutting the angle makes grinding a bit tough but still doable. If you want to do a lot of cutting, grinding and the likes either get a 20v or keep using the ole 110 plug up version and grind grind grind. If you just use a tool like this on occasion then this is the tool for you light weight and does the job for about half the price of most electric or battery powered grinders.

This is a cordless brushless angle grinder without a grinding wheel. It does come with two cutoff wheels but nothing for grinding, so why not call it a cutoff tool? The cutoff wheels are different thicknesses, and I think the thin one will break quickly from my experience with similar tools, so I suggest you buy better cutoff wheels with it if you buy the tool. The motor is brushless so I expect it to last and have more power than a motor with brushes, and it seems to have enough power. Only time will tell how long it will last. The battery is Lithium so it should have a better life than older chemistries; lithium batteries generally last longer and hold a charge better than NiCad or even older types of batteries. The brushless motor and lithium battery are big plusses, but the power switch is a big negative. It's hard to turn on and really hard to turn off, especially one handed if you're trying to hold what you're cutting steady with the other hand, and being so hard to turn off can be especially dangerous. It nearly got me the first time I tried to turn it off, but now I know what to expect so I handle it a bit differently. The safety and inconvenience of the power switch make it the biggest problem with this tool. The included charger plugs into the battery, but the battery still has to be removed from the tool to charge. I'd prefer either a charging base to put the battery in or to be able to use the tool with the charger plugged in, but those are just personal preferences maybe for the company to consider on the next iteration, not reason to knock off a star. At ~$45 it's a fair price I'd say, but I'd probably pay a little more for a little better tool, especially after dealing with the switch. Edit: I had to come back and add a star because of how handy this tool is. It still has the negatives I mentioned, although the switch is a little better after I have used it a good bit, but still not five stars. However, this thing is so small and light that I pick it up and use it all the time since I have it here. I've cut lots of plastic and enough metal to get a good feel for the tool. The battery lasts a good while for plenty of small jobs, and the thin cutoff wheel works fine, too. I have had it get hot and stop working, but I just turn off the switch and turn it back on and it starts right back up, nothing surprising for any electric tool. I do wish it had two batteries, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it now. If I had gotten this a month earlier, it would have saved me $100 from buying a name brand tool.
