I put theses insoles in a cheap pair of house shoes with no arch support. They made all the difference in the world in comfort and wearability!

Honestly these are not all that comfortable, they are much thinner than I expected and the bumpy feel is just weird and not massaging at all. Would not recommend.

    • Hurts your feet, DOESN'T Massage Them!
The insoles felt okay for the first couple of days. It's an absolute joke to say that they massage your feet. After a couple of days I noticed that my feet started hurting and it was happening sooner every day. This is one of those pair of insoles that just are not going to work. I would say if you were small in stature and don't weigh very much that they would be just fine but anyone who has any size to them, these aren't going to help. I would have a hard time believing that large football players got anything out of these, but then again they may be able to replace them every week. I can't do that. I've also noticed that my back has started to hurt which normally happens when insoles are going bad, but I've had these less than a month. Time to look elsewhere. ... show more

They are great. It takes a little bit of getting used to. I was fine after 1 day, and can’t talk good enough about them.
