While this product is useful and does what it is intended for, the fit is not good for long torsos. You can make adjustments, however, if you adjust the shoulders so the belt is lower, then the back is not positioned correctly. Yes, I find this useful for short periods in the evening but no it is not something that can be comfortably worn for longer periods. At least not if you are tall with a long body.

This is listed as back support, but I think it would be more accurately called posture support. It pulls your shoulders back and keeps you more upright, which is great while sitting at my office desk where I admittedly often slouch forward. Simply wearing this will undoubtedly help train me to sit up correctly even when I am not wearing it. I'm not a little guy (6'4" and 290 lbs) but the support (size 2x/3x) fits me well. It feels slightly tight in the shoulders (I have 54-56" chest) and could probably have a wider band there (it needs to give pressure because that is what is holding the shoulders back but could be a lot wider to create less local pressure). The support has a lot of flexibility, both in the shoulders and around the waist. I will wear this for as much as possible under my work shirt and hopefully the impact will be noticeable. After about a week, it's good. This is a reasonable value for money, and I recommend this to anyone that doesn't already have great posture.

I was in-between XL and 2x, so I followed the instructions and went with the larger size and was so glad I did! I think the L/XL probably would have been ok, but the 2x/3x fits both me and my husband, so we can both use it. It is very easy to put on and then to adjust, at the shoulders, waist and then extra waist/back support. There are extra back support/stays to add to help with posture which is excellent. It is a little warm, which isn't surprising because it's neoprene, but I wear over a light cotton under shirt which makes it less irritating for my skin and makes me sweat less, making it cooler overall, helps the moisture wick away without lowering the support level. The extra waist support really makes this brace because you can wear it with light/medium support all day and then easily tighten for extra support when lifting/doing extra work. Also, the package states it's FDA cleared as a class1 medical device so this should be eligible for FSA/HSA but you may want to double check that, depending on your individual situation it could require a prescription to get reimbursement on those types of accounts. It is a nice quality brace and I expect it to last for a while. The quality is reflected in the price point and it is price appropriately for the quality.

I’ve been really impressed with this back support. It gives me good support through my upper and lower back without feeling overly bulky or restrictive. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable fit, and the breathable material is nice when wearing it for longer periods. I also like that it gently reminds me to keep better posture throughout the day. It feels well made, stays in place, and provides the extra support I was looking for. A solid product for the money.

This Copper Fit back posture support wrap is great quality and durable. It fits as expected, and the Velcro straps allow you to adjust the brace around your waist to improve fit and support. It’s pretty comfortable to wear over a plain t-shirt around the house, and the added back support is noticeable. I’m combining this back support wrap with back exercises to strengthen my core muscles and reduce back stiffness and pain from hunching over a computer all day. I’ve heard great things about Copper Fit, which explains the price premium to an extent. This feels and looks like a high quality product and worth the investment. I’d recommend giving this a try for back soreness and mild pain.

Copper fit comes with a price tag of course. The quality is off the charts except for the shoulder straps. The back support metal portion and the two rods that you insert when you get it or very quality. The straps that go around your waist provide a lot of support in congruence with the back support inserts that are in the vest. It is a very secure but comfortable fit for wearing for hours if that's what you chose to do. Not thin so might not be inconspicuous under your clothing but not super bulky either. So if you had a loose top or a jacket on over it, no one should notice the posture support vest. I ordered a 2X 3x and maybe I should have size down though the waste part is pretty perfect and I am able to get a super fit there, unfortunately the straps for the shoulders are just way too long - it is for maybe a longer torso or something. The shoulder straps are also not the most comfortable under your arms. I have tried a couple other posture support vest that have much more comfortable shoulders and do not cause underarm irritation. For the price the shoulder part should be more adjustable and able to supply a more custom fit for the user. In spite of the shoulder situation, the back support and waste supports and straps supplied a very comfortable fit for the hour plus I wore it while doing work at my desk. It feels like the majority of the correction comes from the plate and the rods in the back of the vest along with the waist straps but the shoulder portions would definitely help even more. Unlike another vest I was using previously I don't feel like this one will start to give and lose its support after wearing it for a few months. This material should not lose it strength or feel looser nearly as quickly. For the value assigned to this vest, I expected all around support, comfort, quality, adjustability and hopefully superb longevity. I plan to keep trying it out for at least a full week before deciding just how important the shoulder supports really are. Oh and with moving around, bending over, etc the waist portion never bunches up or rolled. If only the shoulder straps were better made!!! Smh
