These really do help, especially wearing less supportive shoes. The supports are comfortable and don’t make you feel like you have anything extra on the bottom of your foot. They are snug but not tight and don’t make marks on your feet which was a pleasant surprise.

These arch relief inserts work and they are totally worth the price for pain relief. However, the retaining straps began to disintegrate on my third day of wearing them. The straps still work. The arch supports stay in place and still provide pain relief, but the elastic straps have almost disintegrated completely; so, I leave the straps Velcroed and slide them on my foot like obtuse rings. They work! And no one can see how frayed they are. It's just disappointing that Copper Fit didn't make a more durable product. ... show more

The copper bunion pad is MUCH TOO TIGHT. They must be exchanged for medium Large. I hope they won’t be too large. I’m a woman size 8 shoe.

They gave me extra arch support. The only problem is the material is slightly abrasive and where it was between my shoe and my foot, it was an irritant. No actual abrasion happened. I wouldn't wear them on a hike, or something, until you got used to them.
