I was going to get the Samsung S26 through T-Mobile. I did the research and the privacy screen seems to be the only major change. I figured I could get a screen protector to do that. The S26 Ultra is 1500 bucks and this is 900. I got the 2 year Assurant warranty also. I put 600 bucks in my pocket! I have bought refurbished products before mainly 20 tb hard drives with no issues so this was a no brainer. My opinion is it does take a bit of a learning curve to go from an S10 to an S25. The phone is boxier and heavier. The camera is fantastic! Sound quality is better. Battery life is lightyears better. I used to have the Note and this one has the stylus. I use it often to jot notes down. If you are thinking about the S26 Ultra this is a much better alternative. Save your money and do this! You also are not committed to 24 months and if you use say Capital One rewards card you get a little more off! ... show more

I bought this phone and received it a week ago, but just found out that it is NOT unlocked as advertised. I checked the IMEI # with Samsung and they confirmed it. (I wish I'd known about this in advance to verify it before making the purchase, but I'm not sure how I'd go about doing that anyway.) Everything seems to be working otherwise, after spending several days transferring data, downloading apps again, and entering passwords. BUT whenever the next update from Samsung comes along, this phone will not be able to accept it. [Check Settings, Software update, Download and install.] This is waaay too expensive an item to have an issue like that! I'm currently working with Amazon to correct the situation, but they're telling me to return the phone for a refund, then buy another one, a very unsatisfactory solution, as I can't be without a working phone for a week or more! (Samsung, of course, is telling me I should upgrade and buy the much more expensive S26 Ultra...) Buyer beware! ... show more

First we need to state that we only purchased this phone to use for pictures and video while traveling on motorcycle and will not be using it as a regular phone to make calls. I really miss the 3.5mm headphone jack; My previous phone was a high-end gaming phone with 3.5mm jack and I used it a lot, though I am not a gamer. I was hesitant to buy an Amazon Renewed phone, but I knew I could return it if needed. Of course, with a Renewed product, you get the phone, a cord and a SIM tool. Nothing else. It's taken me about 3 days to get this completely setup the way I wanted it. I went from an S20 Ultra to an S25 Ultra. Same phone, but much more so. The phone looks and functions as brand new. It came with 11% battery charge and a flimsy plastic screen cover which I replaced with a higher grade of protection. All the settings and functions work as expected. It was several hundred dollars less than the same model refurbished from Samsung. So, I feel like it was a good deal. FedEx delivered with signature required. That shows the seller is being compliant with getting it to me and only me. Overall, Samsung is my jam and this is a fabulous device. If you're hesitant, do your research.
