Definitely recommend. I have Fibromyalgia and purchased these hoping they would help with throbbing/burning pain. Anything that helps even a little, even some of the time gets a "recommend" from me. Fit: I originally purchased a small but sized up to a medium. They hit a few inches above my elbow. (F 5'6" 140lbs) Comfort: Considering I'm in pain when I wear them I would say the comfort was good and improved with use. It seems like you need to break them in some. Originally the seams are awkward around the thumb which limited the length of time I could wear them at first. And the printed lettering was uncomfortable but as it wore off they were fine. After washing and wear it was much better. Compression: The compression is perfect. Not too tight but not loose. Pain relief: They do reduce pain some for a mild to moderate flare (which is a win for fibro). For a severe flare sometimes I can't wear them due to sensitivity to fabric of any kind. When I can wear it took about 30 minutes to get used to the fabric but helped with the pain enough to make it worth wearing. I haven't found that they prevent or eliminate fibro pain but they definitely help reduce pain. ... show more

5 stars for customer service. 4 stars for the product. 2 stars for sizing. Measured and according to size chart I should be a medium. Ordered those. They didn't fit, and not just a uncomfortable fit. It was a "oh look my fingers are turning a different color" kinda fit. So contacted customer service, got a large and not much has changed. The large are longer than the medium but still tight around my fingers, not as tight. But I still had to pull the fingers above first knuckle to stretch them out. Wore it like that for 20 mins and stretched it out enough to wear it as intended. I've only had these for 2 days now, so I can't say much on the stitching for the whole arm, but my arms are tiny, little muscles. So if you have bigger muscles or meatier arms I'd recommend 2 sizes up. If your arms are on the thin, little muscles size just go up one size. With a better a size I do get relief as the product intended so 4 stars for the actual purpose of the product. Because I need these, I'll get them again but now I know what my actual size is. ... show more

Do not expect these to solve all of your problems, but they can help a lot! They're not great for support (not meant to be), and there is a seam that could get irritating to some people but it hasn't bothered me-- you could probably turn them inside out and switch arms to have less irritation from seams if needed. There are two sleves that come in this package and they are specific to each arm. The fabric is soft and washes well, though the logo has washed off a bit. It can be used under other more supportive braces like a wrist or thumb brace to give you more pain relief, but the seams can cause discomfort if you tighten the brace too much (it's workable, though). If I do a lot and know I'm likely to have pain and swelling, I wear these to bed (and a brace if needed) and it makes a surprisingly big difference. I often don't even use the braces anymore. The length is good and does cover my elbows and most of the second knuckle. Part of me wishes the fingers were a touch longer, but I am still happy with them. It's also useful as a measure of how bad things are, since it fits comfortably with a little stretch on a normal day, but tighter when I'm having a hard day or have done too much in a day-- sometimes I was more swollen than I realized and it helps me adjust what I do. Honestly, I don't know about the copper part of it and I'm a little skeptical, but the compression these gloves provide really does really help. I got a medium because I wanted something that would compress my wrist where the site of my arthritis is. But the fingers for the gloves are ridiculously small and look like something that even a child may struggle to wear. I managed to get it on, but even after just an hour the very tips of my fingers are starting to become a bright red at the unreasonable tightness in the hand and fingers conduct too much compression and cut off circulation. They also are not long enough. Barely fitting up past the elbow causing the fabric to slip off and unpleasantly bunch up just past this point. The material on the other hand is pleasantly breathable and cool. But overall I'll probably try other products. ... show more

I don't know how it has as many stars as it does. I have pregnancy related swelling and carpal tunnel, I purchased a medium and it was way too tight, I then purchased a large and it was slightly better. The biggest problem is that they are not stitched with elastic thread so they are too tight in the fingers and at the end. They roll down in the night, are not secured with any silicone that would make it easier to stick to your skin and the quality is just bad. I’m a tiny person, and I’m pleased to have actually found a sleeve that fits and does what I need it to do. Day 2 into wearing these and my pain is halved. I can actually grip things in my hands again. Buying more of these. Size accurate. Snug fit, so buy accordingly.
