I love this sofa! It says needs two people to build, but I was able to do it by myself. Took less than an hour to set up. Clear instructions, and arrived early. Material is great! I ordered one on Amazon in the past, which was terrible quality. However, this one is great for the price. Down part- the legs for the long part are plastic, and I’m sure if not careful; they could break. Wouldn’t recommend any crazy movement like jumping on it … and what not. It is semi comfortable. The cushion is a bit hard, but I prefer it that way to they don’t lose shape easily. Tried to charge my iPhone, and it did not charge. I’m still trying to figure out that part. I had a power outlet issue and the customer service representatives worked with me to find an optimal solution of replacing that part of the couch. Ive had this couch for almost a year now and I finally decided to write a review. The setup was relatively easy and though I did have help you could probably manage on your own. The couch is EXTREMELY firm - I went from a super soft, squishy couch, where sitting in it you would quickly sink all the way to the floor and couldnt get back out of, so this is exactly what I was looking for. That being said I don't like to sit on it without throw pillows for support, but I have taken naps on it and I curl up on it to read and watch TV all the time. The main draw for me was the size. Im in a very small space and wanted an L shaped couch that matched my decor and had a fun color. All of which feel impossible to find in the sea of grey and beige furniture everywhere now. And when I want to rearrange my apartment I have options since you can swap which side the chaise is on. At the end of the day, would I recommend this couch? Nah, probably not. You can absolutely get something softer for cheaper. But its what I like so I wont be buying a new couch any time soon. ... show more

The box is pretty heavy, so be aware of that! I had to bring the box to the second floor and it wasn’t easy. Putting the couch together wasn’t too bad. I do like how you can choose which side you’d like the chaise on. The couch itself is a bit firm for my liking and I am hoping it’ll be more soft in the near future after using it for a bit. The color is true to the advertised. Unfortunately, there was a small pinkish stain. It’s very hard to see in the picture but in person you can see there is a small section that has a pinkish hue to it. I wish there was a way to replace just the covers. It didn’t take too long to set up, maybe an hour between 2 people. Once it is full built and the 2 cushioned side is connected to the chaise, it is verrryyyyy heavy!!! It is also a little hard to move. There is only one bolt holding the two together. So when you try to move it, you literally need 3 people. One on either end and one in the middle to make sure the weight is distributed, otherwise, it felt like we were going to break it. Overall, it’s not bad. Let’s see how it holds up after a while! ... show more

Update: comfort went downhill quickly. The cushions don’t stay on and have so much space between them somehow. The back cushions squish and then your back is touching the hard back surface. The cushions have all pilled and frayed and look terrible. I was happy with it for all of a week before this all came to be. Do not buy, there are better options. I had a small budget for a new couch, so this couch fit that need perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is, but it's also much smaller than expected too. While I measured the size, it was only around 9 inches smaller than my previous couch and somehow its just much smaller. I absolutely love the color and the feel of the couch, but it's unfortunate that my dogs nails have already caused some strings to pull on the cushions so I can't imagine it'll last very long if I dont add extra covers. I'm hoping it's not the case. Overall, I really do like this couch and love how everything is washable (although removing the cases sounds scary considering how hard it was to get them on). ... show more

This arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lb each. Of note, and nothing against the product itself since it has nothing to do with the product, but this was delivered to my apartment’s mailroom instead of to my front door. Seems to be a problem with apartment deliveries and I had to figure out how to get it to my third floor apartment. So FYI, I guess they don’t deliver to your door if you live in an apartment. That being said, the couch is really nice, very comfortable, and very sturdy. It was easy to put together by myself and didn’t require any tools unless you want to switch the side the L is on. Then you only need a screwdriver or drill to remove the brackets from one side and put them on the other side. The hardest part was getting the cushions into the covers, but once it’s done it all looks really nice. The fabric is actually really nice, doesn’t stretch out and hasn’t pilled, but I’ve only had this for about two weeks. It does sit a little lower than other couches I’ve had, but nothing that requires a squat or anything like that. The storage space is also very roomy, a nice bonus.
