Purchased this for a tailgate and should have paid closer attention to the height dimensions. It's a great canopy, but a tad lower than I would have liked! I am 5 4" and had to bend down in some areas. It works well, but better suited for the beach or a picnic.

The main issue I have is the bait and switch, using "shady" measurement techniques for the 10x10 size, when it's ACTUALLY an 8x8 TENT AND NOT A 10x10 TENT. I was looking at the COOSHADE tents, which defaulted to the 6x6 tent. When I opened up the pictures with the dimensions, COOSHADE measured it at the base of the tent as 6x6 (see attached picture). So, I decided to order the 10x10 size. When I received it yesterday, I noticed that it was smaller than 10x10 at the tent base despite the packaging stating that it was 10x10. Then, I went back on COOSHADE to see whether I had made a mistake. But, the mistake was the SHADY bait and switch. For their 10x10 tent, it's actually an 8x8 if measured at the base of the tent like they did for their 6x6 (see attached 2nd picture). Instead, their diagram showed that 10x10 was achieved by measuring the base of the legs!!! Wow....now that's an interesting technique of measurement. At least if COOSHADE used that shady technique, they should have been consistent with how they measured the 6x6 (which should have been called the "8x8"). I suppose that the ultimate mistake was mine for assuming and not checking the dimensions again when I clicked on the 10x10. But come on, can't I get a break from the scams while shopping on Amazon? I'm not bartering at a street market in a third world country where such "bait and switch" are expected. Well, kudos to COOSHADE for reeling in another sucker in the jungles of the Amazon.

I bought this to provide sun protection for plants and to occasionally use for picnics -- it has stayed up most of the summer on my south-facing deck in the midwest. Canopy is incredibly flimsy and tore in multiple places on the first take-down. I keep searching for a replacement but still have not found one. The material is flimsy and "plasticy" -- so traditional patch repair kids do not adhere to it. The answer in the Q&A to "check manufacturer website" for a new cover is not helpful... I'll try a few other repair methods this winter, but am not optimistic that this can be salvaged. In general, I recommend buying a higher-quality canopy that offers replacement covers when you first purchase it -- and buying 1-2 of those to keep on hand.

This canopy is great. It’s perfect for what it is. A small portable canopy. I track race a Miata so maximizing space in the car is crucial for me and this canopy checked all of those boxes! It’s small as advertised when completely closed. And when it opens, I am able to set it up and close it alone in less than 1-2 minutes each time. It provides great shade, my only issue is sturdiness, however they do supply stakes for the ground if you are in a grassy area. This is overall one of the best purchases one can make if they are looking for a compact, lightweight, and easy canopy for quick shade on the go!

First one came defective and second one used, just lived with it instead of sending it back again because it fit our needs. Setup was simple. The back side wall would not stay Velcro'd and kept coming loose, again dealt with it. Then we had a small 10-12mph gust of wind, canopy was secured down with stakes provided but it pulled out the stakes, ripped a hole through the thin fabric top and sent the canopy on its side. Unfortunately, I was one day past the return window. Messaged seller but received no response. Should have expected it for the cheap price and being used.
