I am a very very very experienced electrician and work with electronic device manufacturers. I just want to tell the poor installers that the chord supplied to my indoor unit to my outdoor unit on this product is completely un safe! It is a 120 ~ so the chord should just be black white and green not (RED/BLACK/GREEN/and White. I live in the USA and that is OUR NEC! Second both terminals are round crimp on and are very dangerous if you do not know how to read. Sooooooooooo change the indoor terminals to crimp on ferrells, and the outdoor terminals to prongs. god bless ... show more

The unit was delivered in pristine condition, a BIG thank you to R&L shipping! It was very east to install, but I have prior knowledge, the right tools, and had run an electric circuit and had poured a cement pad prior to starting the project. Even though it is only a 1 ton unit and was purchased as a bedroom only ad-on, it keeps the main A/C from coming on very often, and has already lowered my electric bill. I'm impressed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT after a mere 8 months not cooling. Installed by a licensed HVAV. Tech unboxed, assembled, installed, tested and demonstrated. 8 months later small leak. Called CS and apparently I had to register the product I bought within 60 days. I did not see the sticker bc I did not install and did not know. Refuse to back their product after 8-9 months of ownership. Look at this video horrible ... show more

Im not sure why all these bad reviews are here, ordered 2 units both came quick and had no issues with shipping. Had licensed hvac tech install and both work great with no issues, came with wifi and hooked right up. super quiet...would buy again without hesitation
