The cloth sleeve is a great safety feature in case one of the rubber bands snaps (which has not happened fortunately). I also like the door frame anchors, which increase the number of exercises you can do. After receiving the product, one can send an email to the manufacturer, and they will send some files with some workout routines. Overall, an awesome deal!

Easy to use, can use for multiple exercises, haven’t had any real issues with my set, sometimes it’s frustrating trying to get equal tension in multiple limb movements and multiple bands. Other than that a great addition the the garage gym and routine

These are definitely an improvement over the older style where you could see the tubing and it would get cut or snap you in an inconvenient area. However, this product isn't perfect.... Here's what I would say could make it better: 1) Color code the bands logically, where the color gets more severe as the resistance increases. Right now, I have to continually read the little tag to find a higher or lower resistance band. 2) There are five bands and four handles. Sure would be nice to have a fifth handle. 3) If you want to do single arm exercises, these should be fine. However, you're trying to do double arm raises, the bands are just too short and offer too little stretch. You can overcome this by clipping two different bands together, but of course the resistance is unequal. 4) My guess is that these won't last too, as the clips are dainty and the foam on the grips doesn't seem like it will last. Hopefully, I'm wrong. I was going to return them, but then I saw that the price of one high quality band was about the same price as this whole set, so I decided I better remind myself, "You get what you pay for" and I will buy one high quality band and supplement with this set.

These bands and the accompanying accessories are just what I was looking for. They're easy to use and definitely give me a good level of resistance. I purchased a bar in order to expand on the types of exercises I can do, but you don't need to do that in order to get great benefit from this product.

I'm an older adult just looking for a way to keep tone in my muscles without having to go to a gym. These bands have been great! I can get combine bands to increase resistance. They have the perfect "weight" so that my wife and I can both use them and get the workout we need. The free workout guide provided is also very helpful.

I am very pleased with the quality of the is product. After searching for and reading reviews on resistance bands, I was worried I would be disappointed. However, these are great home workout resistance bands for people wanting to stay fit etc. These are not commercial gym quality resistance bands and they don't pretend to be. Also, I could care less whether the 30lb. bands pulls 30, or 25lbs. Since you can mix and match, doubling up, you should just create the resistance you want. I've had them for two days. I use them about every hour for about 5-8 minutes doing different exercises as I work from home. I would recommend them to anyone for everyday home workouts.

The product is nice, however, it does NOT include an instruction manual nor is it emailed to you after purchase. **2nd Update** Customer service was exceptional with this company. They sent me the manual in a pdf format once they discovered I did not have power point. They continued to follow through until I was 100% satisfied. And I can finally say that I am! Thank you for your dedication to make things right! **Update** I have changed my rating because the company contacted me and stated the workout manual may be requested from them directly at the email address they provide in their picture (number 5) above. My mistake, I overlooked that. I sent them a direct email requesting the manual - they responded with an email containing a link for what appeared to be a power point presentation. I do not have Power Point so I can not access the manual. They were kind and willing to help. So far we are pleased with the purchase, it seems to be sturdy and well made. We will have to find access elsewhere for a manual or just continue to be creative as we have been doing.
