Sheet fits very nicely with enough extra to fold nicely under the mattress so it doesn't pull itself up. Coolness doesn't last forever but it's very comfortable and soft enough to serve as a topsheet itself.

It’s quite cushy but that’s a matter of personal preference and I frankly like it. It is a deep pocket mattress pad which is usually a good thing but with this pad I’m using it on a hospital bed which had a thinner mattress.
