    • Sturdy, attractive grill gazebo with handy shelves
Have already received compliments about how attractive it looks. Individual pieces are very sturdy, and structure can be freestanding with provided stakes or bolted into the holes at the bottom of the main vertical supports to a solid surface. We have it leaning on one side against the house and that secures it very well. One small triangular piece used for an extra support rail was missing but was promptly shipped after contacting customer service and did not stop assembly of the rest of the structure. Need two people to hold pieces while assembling. It would help and speed up assembly to have a longer allen wrench with a "T" handle for tightening the numerous bolts. Only major assembly problem that had us stumped: 2 long horizontal support rails for the top two "roof" pieces were installed backwards and had us stumped because the 2 top roof pieces did not install as illustrated. The problem was that a vertical support piece on the horizontal rail is not exactly in the middle though it appears to be, so when we figured it out, we just installed the two top pieces the opposite of how they were illustrated being right and left. ... show more

This product replaced an existing grill gazebo. It is much more sturdy and looks much more chic than the older model. It is a little tricky to put together. Pay close attention to the instructions and drawings to avoid frustration. It will take several hours to put together but it is so worth it in the end. ... show more

Ordered this canopy to protect my grill when not in use. Once I’m grilling I can roll the grill out from under the canopy and stand under it to stay out the sun. Amy grill is pretty big so I removed the counters for it to fit. It is still sturdy and I will add canopy weights to keep it in place. Assembly wasn’t to bad but it will take two people. A little smaller than I thought but with a few modifications it’s a great addition to our back yard. ... show more

This was relatively easy to assemble. My husband & I did it in a few hours. Looks great and is sturdy! It was missing a part that didn’t stop us from putting the rest together. I emailed the company and got an immediate response and apology. They are mailing today! This tells me Cool Spot is a good company who cares about their customers! On the positive side, the gazebo looks good once assembled. The roof provides shade. It's fairly sturdy, but not as sturdy as you'd think based on the construction and the weight of the pieces. The assembly instructions are mostly clear, but have two pages where the information is actually not correct (I notified the company). We figured it out through trial and error. One person can work to assemble until the end stages when you must have two people. Total assembly time took us about 6 hours. Assembled and installed gazebo Oct. 2021. Live in GA and have had normal rain, sun, wind, and light snow. Lots of dry time. 5 months later, as of March 2022, parts are rusting and one horizontal support bar has already fallen off due to rust. The structure somehow permits rain/water to enter from above, so whatever is underneath does not stay dry. This is an expensive unit, time-consuming to construct, and now needing to be replaced. I wish I'd spent the money building a wood and brick gazebo. ... show more

Added some extra support securing it to the wall. I also bolted it to the concrete pad. I like it very much. It was not hard to assemble. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

    • NOT WORTH THE MONEY
So expensive for what you get and extremely flimsy. A strong wind could knock it over even with the four stakes they send you. It needs two more braces on the top for support. I asked them for them, they didn’t respond to my request. They suggested buying weights for the bottom . That’s not enough nor is the silly stakes they send. NOT WELL MADE! I really like the way it looks and it is very sturdy. The assembly instructions were a little hard to understand, but after I understood them, it was not difficult to assemble. I installed it on a wooden deck next to my back porch to put my grill under it.
