Arrived on time. Good price. Could not ask for better! The vacuum sealed package was perfect to fit up a very narrow staircase. It fluffed off in very little time- an hour or two vs the week the paperwork said. Firm and comfortable to relax on. There is a faint chemical smell but it will dissipate quickly. Also- it’s so heavy so be careful when moving it prior to unwrapping!

This item is terrible. I would give it 0 stars. The picture makes this look so wonderful. The throw pillows are so tiny. The couch is lopsided and much smaller than pictured. It looks cheap and the pull out part of it is so generic. You’d be better off folding some blankets and putting them on the floor to sleep on. Now, I am trying to return this boneless disaster of a “sofa.” I feel like I am stuck with it. Customer service has misled me twice that UPS would pick it up. I caught the UPS man today as he walked up, saw the disaster, left a return tag, and walked off. He informed me it’s too big and cannot be returned simply wrapped in plastic, like the Amazon customer service associate, Davis told me to do. The associate the day before (the day I received it) said to just put it outside and I didn’t have to wrap it. I asked if he was sure because it would be exposed to the elements. He said it was okay. UPS said that’s not okay to do. Now, I’ve been transferred to countless customer service associates right now and they, like the previous two, assure me they can help. This thing is a nightmare. Don’t buy it!! It’s not a good value for the money! If you want boneless furniture, just go to a furniture store or buy some from Pottery Barn Kids or Teens, or their dorm furniture line, if it’s within your budget.

Pretty firm immediately out of package. No smell. It was sealed in 3 vacuum bags--very tight and shipped in one box inside another-very protected. The corduroy material is very soft and plush and is zippered. I would not remove the covering unless I absolutely had to because it is very tight. I sat on it immediately, and it was comfortable. I let it rest overnight unfolded on the floor and then laid on it -very comfortable. This would be easy to sleep on. I am happy with the purchase.

Was hesitate because there were not too many reviews but these are awesome. Bigger than I expected and will work great for my guest room. I bought two and they act as a couch that can be used as beds for guest. Love the soft fabric and that they are not too low to the ground. I over analyzed my options and I'm glad I picked this one. Covers come off to clean.

I was disappointed with this purchase. I didn't realize how small this couch actually was until it was unboxed. It is very low to the ground and incredibly flimsy, making it impossible for adults to use comfortably. The instructions mention it takes 7–10 days to fully inflate; I hoped it would gain some height or firmness during that time, but it remained very small and lacked support. I originally bought this for extra seating during the Christmas holidays, but it isn't suitable for anyone other than small children. I regretted this purchase almost immediately.
