UPDATE: After finally opening the fireplace, we found that the log set and the burner were missing. We sent a message to the seller to explain that our package was missing these items, and they informed us that these items aren't included. This is perplexing since the photos on this listing include the logs and burner (Photos 1, 3, and 4) There wasn't an option to add the log set & burner to our order, so we were under the impression that these came as advertised in the photos. If these items aren't included, the Product Information needs to be updated to state this. HEAVY! You will need at least 2 able-bodied individuals to unload the pallet. It comes in 5 pieces. It is best to pour a concrete base exactly to the dimensions of the bottom, which you can then finish to match. It is also tall - approximately 8' so if you have a common wall with a neighbor it could create a visibility issue for your neighbor. ... show more
