I expected it to come with a foam type kid case and it didn’t, it only came with a silicone sleeve (not good for small children) it’s a good tablet, runs slow and the battery doesn’t last long but it isn’t horrible for the price.

If I could leave no stars I would. I'm really sad I missed the return window and am now stuck with this horrible product. I should've splurged on prime day and got the more expensive tablet. This waste of money is completely annoying. It is so slow, closes out programs, and now is stuck in this white screen. It is not compatible for little kids who have NO patience. My son already tried to throw it, because it wasn't loading his game. I've wanted to chuck it against the wall myself. It NEVER stays charged, the battery life is only a couple hours at best.     • Lightweight Child Friendly Tablet
Purchased this tablet for my 1yr.old. At first I thought it was a little small, but it's actually perfect for her to handle. The rubber outer shell is nice and thick, making it drop proof. That's one of my favorite features. The activities it comes with are not quite for her age yet, but they are a nice addition that she can grow into. It does have YouTube and apps can be added. Set up was fairly easy if you have some basic computer knowledge. The child friendly side is great for her age because she can't accidently come out of it and as she grows the other side can be used like a regular tablet. Battery life is OK, we don't use it for more than a few minutes to half hour at a time (for videos) so it lasts about 2-3 days before I have to charge it. ... show more

Had been paying $100 for a similar tablet and this one works just as well. When it broke they immediately replaced it no problem since then good functional tablet.

I got one for my daughter and it works great! But I also got one for my son at the same time and the first one wouldn't even turn on so we returned it for a new one and the second one the charger won't stay plugged all the way in so if I'm not watching it the whole time it's not always charging. **Update**Ended up returning that one and got a new one for him and it's working fine! I bought this tablet for my one year old to watch movies on. I bought it solely for that. It does great with that. I downloaded an app to it that makes it so he cant touch off the screen while a movie is playing and it works great. The battery isn't anything amazing, it dies after about 2 hours of watching a movie. It has lots of games and parental controls that I appreciate for my son to grow into as he gets older. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money!!!
This was purchased for my 4yo. We were so excited for her to have her own source for educational games & to be able to use messenger kids (literally the only reason we purchased... keeping her connected with preschool friends & family during quarantine). Unfortunately, the charger broke in the first week as it's smallest single prong & very cheaply made. I purchased a replacement made of better quality. Big mistake... now (a week later) the charger is no longer right fitting causing charging to be sporadic. This was only one issue. Slow...so slow, my daughter would tell me it wasn't working but as she was bringing it to me, whatever she was trying to do would open. We deleted almost everything off of this tablet & it didn't help speed things up. So disappointed! No refund because we opened & used. Just bought Amazon fire & not one issue! Update. I originally gave 4 stars but because customer service has been so great and easy to work with, I moved it to 5! Received 2 pair of free headphones for leaving a review and got a replacement charger. All shipped very quickly! It’s a great device for the price and fun for the kids. We downloaded some games on there and kids YouTube. It runs great. The battery runs out quicker than I thought it would. Charger broke pretty quickly, but they are sending a replacement. ... show more
