This has been a great machine for our goat herd. It takes a little bit to figure out the adjustments, but you really don't *need* them. Our machine worked great for almost 2 years, then it started giving a FPGA code and not working. Contec was amazing to work with. Their communication was very good when we contacted them to try to troubleshoot the problem, and replaced the machine for us. The quality is very good for the price, and it does everything we need it to do.

The media could not be loaded. It does everything that I need! Was easily able to confirm pregnancy on my dog. I have had training using an ultrasound but I think for an untrained eye this machine is a great option because it gives a clear image and functions are not complicated. Looking forward to using it for our goat kidding season also.

Used this ultrasound machine 2 times and then it stopped working. It powered on and but the screen went black. Not to mention it is very complicated to use and quality is not very good. The return for this item was very poor. I had to pay for the my own shipping, which is expensive and I shouldn't of had to pay for since the item was defective. When I called Amazon customer service to let them know that I shipped the item out so I wouldn't get charged a late fee, the lady couldn't comprehend what I was telling her. She kept telling me I will get the refund when it's returned and she has the tracking info. Finally I told there's no way she could have it since I shipped it and paid full price on my own. I gave her the tracking info and she told me she couldn't locate it, and for me to contact USPS. I had it up on my computer and she just said contact them myself and hung up on me. Very disappointed with the product and Amazon customer service.

I use this machine to track follicle growth in ball pythons using the linear probe. This machine is pretty easy to use but could really use a "freeze image" pedal(which isn't even available as an add on that I can find). A really good value for a piece of functional medical equipment.

I am learning to use this for canine pregnancies. Still has a LOT of buttons and functions that I haven’t tried. Just took a bit to realize to “enter” a box on the screen it is the “set” key haha was a struggle figuring that out haha

It is old technology, very cumbersome to use, takes time to set it up, a lot time. Required to persons to use it for what I needed for. Itis big and bulky. Unable to record live videos, which was the mail purpose I need it for. I will return it or exchange for a wifi-bt connected.

I was skeptical. The item is from China and I have had bad experiences getting low quality goods and no customer service in the past. This is a huge exception. The original ultra-sound had a charging problem. After a few emails, they determined it was a problem with the internal battery. I received a pre-paid return shipping label, INSIDE THE USA. Within 2 weeks I had a replacement that has worked PERFECTLY! No haggling about taking a discount or complaining that they are too far away to take returns. The ultra-sound is easy to figure out and the images are good quality. We have ultra-sounded 6 goats already with great success. The new machine has no charging problems. I would highly recommend this seller and this product.
