Chair is comfortable. I purchased this recliner for the auto recline feature. I thought big plus that chair also had heat and massage features. So far auto recline working BUT heat and massage worked ONCE! So not happy about that. I would not buy again. I mainly wanted recliner so keeping chair. Such an amazing value for the price. Chair arrived in great condition and was easy to assemble. Power recliner works great. The only downfall is that my husband is 6'2" and his feet hang over. Is perfect for anyone 5'8" and under. Might be ordering another one soon!
