As noted in the title, we are coming up on summer #5 with this pool ladder and it's still in perfect condition! We have a 16 x 32 above ground and I was concerned it would take up a lot of floor space, but it really doesn't. I do walking laps around the pool and just make my way past the little bit that sticks out. For those with health conditions, and/or age (me), this helps exit the pool with much more ease than a straight up-and-down ladder. 100%!!! One caveat, it does need to be "weighted". Do some research and see how to use PVC pipe and rocks/sand to weigh it down. Other than that, it's awesome! ... show more

Absolutely great product, simple to put together in less than 30 mins with only a Phillips head screwdriver. I was worried about the wedge fasteners, but after seeing how they actually work and the sturdiness of the steps, they nailed the design of these steps. These stairs are just as advertised. Easy to put together. The hardest part was getting them weighted down. Ended up purchasing separate sand bags to weight stairs. We’ve just started using this month and so far, love these steps. Sturdy and good value for the money. Would recommend!

Ordered our steps and when we received them we were missing 4 parts. Contacted their customer service directly from the instruction manual and they Shipped them out immediately. I love these steps! They are very sturdy and once we filled the handrails with sand, we dropped the steps in the pool and they do not move! Did not even have to use anything else to weigh them down! We are very pleased with these stairs. They are easy to put together & are sturdy. I read many of the poor reviews of these before I bought them but I just don’t see the same issues that were stated. Yes the rails will move due to the being plastic but by no means are they flimsy. We don’t try to hang off of them or let kids try to swing off the rails. The steps are wide and very easy to walk on.
