The media could not be loaded. So I wanted to wait a little while to leave a review to see if anything would fail. Nothing has failed and everything worked perfectly since the beginning. No need for customer support and no issues in the wiring ect. The only thing I can say that was horrible about the whole set up was the head set. If you get the 16GB, 1TB Gaming set honestly your good to go. The keyboard is honestly off the charts amazing from the sound to the response time. The mouse is good. The screen is overall pleasant. The tower really has all that says listed. Does have Radeon graphics card AMD honestly plays just about any game at mid to full graphics. Does run overwatch 2 at mid graphics/resolution. Honestly can not beat this for it's price. Great PC to also buy a new case for and just upgrade from there. The keyboard and mouse in the video are not the ones that came with the bundle. They are a high quality set that my fiance already had. But still the ones that came with the bundle are really good.

I just set it up today and it seems to be working perfectly. Everything was pretty easy to figure out in terms of cords and such and I didn’t have any problems being a person who knows almost nothing about technology. It has downloaded everything I needed it to including Genshin, discord, and a few other games and it runs perfectly.

Don’t buy awful product save your money and buy a better pc. Monitor doesn’t have a hdmi port and is worse than a box tv. The headphones didn’t work and You won’t receive the key board and mouse in the picture or the mouse pad with the led lights and the quality is worse than a regular office set up. The pc barley ran any games the frames are soo low and u have to turn the graphics down so low to the point the map won’t load and the game crashes. You also can not update the drivers because they lie about the graphics card they put in the pc. You cant play a lot of games without a updated graphics card. A wast of time and they don’t send your refund right away if you return it they received my return and still haven’t sent me a refund and it’s been almost 2 weeks. A scam don’t buy!

We bought this computer for our son for Christmas so he could play some games that required more than our system could handle. There have been a few issues that are in the process of being resolved by Tech Magnet, so it appears, if those issues get completely resolved, to be worth the 5 stars.

Machine, lights and components are good. Specs are good for gaming. Kids loved it. First shipment had an extremely noisy fan to the point where it wasn’t useable. The machine ceased working in 2 days. Tech support were professional and courteous and shipped a replacement. So far the replacement is working very well. The two monitors do not connect through hdmi. One does but the other has an adapter to a non-hdmi interface which is frustrating considering there are two HDMI ports on the pc. Connecting both to hdmi makes the machine stop working.

PC actually works wonders and only had a shortage with power cord they shipped it out the next day! Just about all games work good on this PC well the games I downloaded. Like GTA5 Fortnite Apex Legends and even city of heros and a great starter PC as well.

I bought this PC I the hopes of getting an upgraded gaming one from my antiquated one of 10 years. I got that... in some ways. Biggest issue is the graphics card, to which there is little reference to anywhere in the description on what type it is. Well it turns out my old one has an NVIDIA GeForce 710 and the new one has a 610. So... glad I spent money on downgrading which, after ten years of rapidly advancing tech, I didn't think was possible. The few games I could play on my old PC I can no longer play on this one. I talked to some tech friends and they said the tower has barely any room, if any at all, to bother getting a newer card which really sucks 'cause I do like the more compact size. I'm also annoyed with having to use a USB wireless internet adapter over having a far more reliable internal one. Tired of watching a video or movie and wondering why it isn't playing... oh 'cause for some reason it's just not connecting at the moment. Best fix has been to just take the adapter out and plug it back in. It does have its upsides and really isn't a horrible product if your looking for a fancy looking computer to do basic stuff, 'cause it's kind of slow and can barely play games that are at least less then 10 years old. (Edit 2 months later) So Im switching my review to a 1 star. Im already buying a new pc. This thing has pissed me off far to many times to be worth anything more then a paperweight. I had to replace parts to get it to run faster, the "fancy" lights died out, the keyboard couldnt register certain keys, the mouse had a hard time registering movement, and the nail in the coffin was the very unreliable external usb wireless internet adapter. Only thing I have left of this entire package is the monitors and Im just waiting to see how long they last before something goes wrong. Complete waste of money.
