The media could not be loaded. The color on this sick! The white and sky blue faux leather are slick. It’s soft, but easy to clean. If you’re looking for something different that stands out form the traditional dark tones chairs-this is it. This didn’t take long to assemble and it came with all the tools to do it. The hardware package had all the pieces separated. The hardware wasn’t labeled to coordinate with the instructions, but I was able to figure out which screws were what based on the measurements on the bill of materials page. The instructions were simple with pictures. Not too much could go wrong as long as pay attention to the length of the screws. The padded arms are fixed, but move with the chair when I recline and sit up. They don’t have any adjustable components that make them twist and slide. I like this because then my arms are stable when I’m gaming and the arms are moving unexpectedly underneath me. The recline position can be locked in place at any point. The gas lift makes it easy to adjust so that I can sit under my desk too. The lumbar pillow and the neck pillow are removable, but have straps to attach them as well, so they stay put. ... show more

Let me start out saying I didn't have the best first experience with Joyfly and their chair due to missing a gas lift... HOWEVER they wanted to make it right and sent out a new chair for me and it is amazing! It's very comfortable and matches my daughter's pink desk perfectly. She loves the chair.
