This gate is perfect if you have a dog and a cat.s like my daughter. It was easy to assemble and fit her kitchen doorway so nicely. She has a pitwieller doggy thats like boxer height. And it is so sturdy, her dog can't knock it out. The latch works well and is easy to open and close. The thing she loves most is the cat door at bottom. Her cats took right to it and went thru so they can go everywhere they want!..including the doggy room which use to be there's;) You can position the cat door to the ht. you want and it stays put at that level. It is def. tall enough for all dog sizes. We were so glad my daughter went w/this gate instead of a cage/crate option for her doggy, her being pretty big and came from the shelter so really didnt want her stuck in a cage like before, when her mommys at work. Its also handy to put your pets behind gate when ya wanna eat in peace...the white is very pretty in her kitchen and looks nice. The dog can't push the cat door up w/its nose either, it's sturdy too. It's just a really good product.

The product is exactly as advertised! I’ve had it a few weeks so I feel like I can give it a honest review. This gate is sturdy! I was concerned that due to the size it might be wobbly but that isn’t an issue. I love the cat door at the bottom and especially love that it is adjustable. The pressure mounting is working well for our needs, it does need occasional adjustments. It is easy to open with one hand and it’s super convenient that the gate opens both directions. It works so well to keep our dogs away from the litter box while maintaining access for the cat. It looks nicer than the plastic gates and the length makes it impossible for the dogs to just jump over it. It comes with all necessary hardware.

Excellent brand for gates. Good quality product, easy to install. The ramp does not work with the Roomba but there are aftermarket ramps you can get that do work well. We replaced our doors with these so we can control where the dogs and cats are but not sacrifice airflow in the house. They work great.

I’m very pleased with the height of the gate and ease to install. I’m using it to keep our new dog out of the cat’s food. The gate works great but I wish it had more slits in the cat door area. The night I need to have it so my cats can get through is just a little to high and my dog keeps sliding her way through it too. I have moved the gate down one more notch but it’s so low I’m not sure if my cats will be able to get through it.

No cats have jumped!! Easy to install. Latch easily operated with one hand, that's a plus in my book! Gate opens easily in either direction, which is helpful. I haven't had to use the safety lock, but nice to have. Black color coordinates nicely and kind of disappears against the hallway, which I appreciate. I have not tripped or stubbed my toes with the graduated floor ramp that further holds the gate in place. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is exactly what I needed. I live in an apartment complex and since they never have screen doors, I had to make my own. Got the magnetic mesh screen to keep the bugs out and got the gate to keep my cats in. The gate was super easy to assemble. It took me about 20 minutes and I did it by myself. (No man needed lol) It’s sturdy and unlike other reviews I’ve seen for other gates similar to this one, the latch and lock do not seem like they’ll break. One thing I wasn’t expecting, is that the magnets on the screen connect to the gate. It gives it a very put together, clean look. The other thing that sold me on this one instead of any of the other ones, is the gate door is wider than most. I don’t have to turn sideways to walk in. I’m 5’8” 190lbs. I highly recommend this product to my fellow apartment peeps that have animals.

Very sturdy and versatile pet gate. Moved to my sister's home where her two doggies have dominion over their domicile. When I and my queen kitty arrived, how to keep the doggies out of the cat's new domain and keep her food from being inhaled by curious pups.
