-Our one year old had outgrown the normal 24” pack and plays. She was able to climb over the top. It’s not easy finding something that’s higher than 24” marketed towards a baby enclosure. -The 30” tall Comomy baby gate was already assembled when I removed it from the box. It’s initially set up to be attached to walls. I was easily able to remove the short end piece sections intended to attach to the walls and connect the gate to make a 4’x4’ enclosure. Each section of the gate also has a screw type holder which you thread down to stiffen the gate in whatever direction you want. -I put my own twist on it though by adding a piece of foam 4’x4’ in the bottom for cushioning and purchased a 5 piece wooden Montessori board meant to attach to walls to keep our little one entertained. Through the top screw holes I used zip ties and attached the boards to the top rail on the enclosure. - I would say for a baby enclosure I feel very safe leaving my child inside, it’s very easy to set up, the latch seems sufficient and the steel enclosure is very sturdy. The gate swings outward.

This gate is a life saver!! My family recently moved into a home with iron stair railings and it was impossible to find a gate that would secure to the railings. With this gate, we were able to secure to the wall on one side of the stairwell, and then secure to the wall on the other side of the stairwell. It prevents our toddler from being able to get to either set of stairs and it gives us peace of mind knowing he won’t fall and hurt himself. It’s also great quality and looks aesthetically pleasing.

I cannot say enough good things about this 198" Baby Gate. The construction is amazing. Heavy-duty construction that looks nice and is a great value for the money. The gate is easy to assemble and light enough to move easily. The latch stays put and opens and closes with ease. The locking mechanisms along the gate allow you to position the gate in many different ways and use the gate both secured and unsecured to walls or other fixtures. Beautiful Black finish. Great for toddlers or pets.

This gate is excellent but I dropped a star due to the gate doors being completely different between the 2 size offerings. We much prefer the door mechanism on the smaller unit so we were disappointed when it was different on the larger one. Otherwise this was perfect for us to contain the little one and keep him out of the bookcases and such without needing to drill into the walls. Overall happy with the result.

The screws they give you are not long enough to go through drywall and hit a stud, which is very frustrating during installation!! The gate seems nice, but it's a little wobbly, and the stabilizers I got don't seem to help much with that issue. But overall seems like a decent product
