Great so far! Used it for a big get together at the pool, outside temperature was about 85F and machine was able to get down to -7C (started from 24C liquid) in about 5 hours, so plan ahead or use in air conditioned building. Controls are easy, temperature could be set independently for both mixing containers. Containers are removable for easy cleaning. Everyone enjoyed the margaritas!

Started having problems after a few months of use. It started leaking, making a squeaking and knocking sound. Worked great for a bit and then went to crap. Can't get a hold of the company and can't find replacement parts either.

Update!! The customer service is second to none. I told them about the issue and they got another one shipped out immediately. Hopefully this one will work for longer than the last one when it’s working it’s great!!! Would recommend for bars and restaurants. Only worked for less than 30 days than it quit freezing. I loved it until it just quit freezing. I tried all the steps for troubleshooting none of it worked.
