I purchased this machine after reading the reviews which overall are pretty good. The machine has preformed very well and I’m reasonably happy with it but the auger shaft seal gasket seems to break easily. It has been broken every time I disassemble it for cleaning about every 2 weeks. This part isn’t readily available here on Amazon (which it should be) so I had to email the company directly. Lemon the after sales lead was very polite and helpful and offered to send me the part free of charge. He also extended my warranty for 18 months from date of order. I really appreciate Lemon and his helpfulness. This is no reflection on customer service. It was very helpful but their website seems to be the only place to purchase this auger seal and it GROSSLY OVERPRICED at $30 considering its durability. I can buy other auger seals all day on Amazon for $7 but they will not fit the Leacco machine. Ultimately I would like to see this part become more affordable and available. ... show more

It makes good slushies within 45 to a hour outside. I like it & all. Just wish it poured little faster. Some times the ice does get stuck. But after a certain temperature it pours out nicely. Also it's easy to clean.
