Arrived on time. Was double boxed and boxes were in good shape but the ice machine was dented in the front. Still works fine but sucks that it came with a large dent in it.

It arrived upside down and extremely tattered ( box specifically says don’t put upside down) Had professional instal worked decent for 5 days- and the posted video is 6 days of use - pouring water - not draining though the hose is not kinked , and not making any ice ! Don’t waste your time or money please !
