This is a great ice maker. It makes plenty of ice and the ice is “better” than normal ice - it just makes better drinks. When we encountered an issue with ours leaking from the ice tray the customer service rep walked us through diagnosing the issue and then after diagnosing it the rep worked to get us a new one promptly. When we first connected the ice maker, it wasn't working correctly, but after reaching out to customer service (who replied very quickly and politely), we made one small adjustment and now it works wonderfully! The water tube had shifted slightly during shipment. It was a simple and easy adjustment. Wonderful customer service!
