The ice machine was a great disappointment. It worked well once after that it quit making ice. I tried to get a refund but the company kept saying they didn’t understand the issue I was describing even after I sent pictures several times as they requested. I just junked the machine.

Ice dropped as one big slab of cubes you had to break up by hand or with a knife goes through alot of water if you plan on using 5 gallon jug about 3 days

The media could not be loaded. LOVE!!! I wish I had thought to buy one of these ages ago. We live in Arizona and go through more ice than what our standard ice maker can produce. It is actually pretty quiet and constantly makes ice in a very short time. We bought 2 of those 2 gallon water jugs for water supply and drainage. One to supply water and one to use as a water collection for the drain. We are able to reuse the melted water when the jug needs to be replaced. With the 2 gallon jug we need to replace with a new jug once a day. Not a problem for us but if you want to replace less often then you may want a 3 or 4 gallon water jug. We keep this unit in our kitchen and have no issues watching TV in the room next to kitchen with no noisy distraction from this unit. The ice will sometimes come out in a sheet that needs to be broken up but this is not a big deal and we bought a stainless steel ice scoop which we keep by machine. It produces clear wet ice with good quality cubes in less than 15 min. Installation was easy and the unit does not produce a lot of heat while in use and it is compact enough to put just about anywhere. We set ours on a table, making it easier to get ice without bending down to floor. Over all I highly recommend and would absolutely buy this again.

Works well makes a good amount of ice in a short time. Great for home use. It does put the ice out in sheets but they break up easily.

Machine is Good, BUT, it will go through a 5 Gallon Water Bottle in 2-3 days. That's the only bad thing about it.
