Been buying the $200 to $250 range dehumidifiers for years, they only last about a year and then start leaking. Bought this unit for my basement and it's working like a champ. Water drains out of the unit nonstop, three times better than the old units. It's keeping my 1300 square foot basement at 45 to 47 humidity all the time which is good because I live in a very wet zone. Compared to the old units I've tried this is a BEAST! So far, so good. Set up easy and navigating the menu is straightforward if you can read. It’s been running for a week now in a 1000sqft basement. Humidity dropped from 94% to 60% almost overnight. I am using the option with water pump into a drain that is 6 feet off the ground. Works pretty well. Photo was taken the morning after a massive thunderstorm. While the humidity rose slightly, it’s holding steady considering the basement is below ground and surrounded by super saturated soil.

Great dehumidifier I have a 200 year-old farmhouse with stone basement. It’s constantly wet extremely damp. I’ve been running the dehumidifier for two months now and it works great. The pump feature is awesome because I don’t have to drain anything and it pumps it outside with no problem, the first few weeks it was pouring gallons of moisture. Out of the basement

Screen is blurry even after removing the protective film, I think it actually made it worse. Buttons are also unlit and difficult to find. Oh, and it uses a flammable refrigerant and you're warned against using it for 24 hours. Plus, the humidity sensor is way off. Not even close.

Pulls water like a dream draining needs some work to make work properly but I made it work , looks good with easy to use settings , simple Design elegant look sleek but large I used for crawl space and does exactly what I need ! You will need a plumber to install a drain if you plan on using for permanent use like i did requires 110 plug !

I am using this for a crawl space roughly 30x60 feet. The product seems well made, delivered without a scratch. Seems to run quiet although I can't compare. I put the unit in the center of the space and raised it 6 inches off the ground. I used a plant dolly to move it across the floor. It weighs roughly 60 pounds so a little heavy when crawling through a crawl space. I also added a much longer (50 foot, 1/4 inch ID ) hose to pump outside of the house. I was happy to see the pump works well. The crawl space was about 68 degrees when I set it up. I pumped in to a 5 gallon bucket and the unit filled the bucket in about 22 hours. Roughly the same the next day. I'm not sure what it is doing to the actual humidity level yet. I had the crawl space opened and we had significant rain and high humidity so any readings would be impacted by that. I sealed off the crawl space and will check the humidity level in a week. The settings are easy to use, there is an optional gravity drain and it comes with hose for each. Only issues I had was that the instructions don't go in to a lot of detail around placement of the unit. also, there is a function button that I pressed but nothing happened. The manual says its to show settings and I can see those when I change the humidity level setting. I did not see a phone number to call but they do provide a web address. Not a big deal and maybe I did something wrong. So far I'm impressed. Its only been a couple days so starting with 4 stars. I will let you know how it is performing over time and adjust the rating from there.
