Great product for the money!!! The dehumidifier fuctions better than it was described. So easy to set up. Basically plug and play. Plug it in, set the humidity level you want, choose the drain method, and press start. Then just walk away.. I had a major leak in my crawl space. The humidity was over 90% in most areas and 100% in a few areas. Within 24 house the humidity dropped to mid 70%. After 4 days it was consistently at 45%. I've now encapsulates my crawl space and it is at a constant 45%. It cycles on and off now. Very quiet.. I used the 16ft drain hose and it has worked so much better that I ever expected. Amazing product, amazing value!!

Decided to take on encapsulating my crawlspace. It was almost 97% humidity in there and this commercial dehumidifier has been a work horse since I installed it. It quickly brought my humidity to 55% even prior to completion of the encapsulation and now is easily keeping my space safe from mold and mildew. The built in pump made install easy and setup was simple as can be. Very happy to have not only a reliable but also affordable product. Noise is low and I cannot hear it while its running when I am in my home. Plenty of functional options for customization as well to "set it and forget it". My crawl had a slight peak in heat temp but nothing that is not to be expected and now that my space is encapsulated is negligible overall.

The media could not be loaded. This dehumidifier is perfect for my sunroom and my basement. I offer clean up my sunroom and a lot of time it will few hot day to dry out the water. The super heavry duty dehumidifier is very powerful and commercial graded. The unit itself is very havey duty and well designed. I love the touch screen design and easy to control. Also love the timmer feature too. The bottom is of the legs is adjustable. It doesnt make a loud noise when it is operating which is a plus.

I am using this for a crawl space roughly 30x60 feet. The product seems well made, delivered without a scratch. Seems to run quiet although I can't compare. I put the unit in the center of the space and raised it 6 inches off the ground. I used a plant dolly to move it across the floor. It weighs roughly 60 pounds so a little heavy when crawling through a crawl space. I also added a much longer (50 foot, 1/4 inch ID ) hose to pump outside of the house. I was happy to see the pump works well. The crawl space was about 68 degrees when I set it up. I pumped in to a 5 gallon bucket and the unit filled the bucket in about 22 hours. Roughly the same the next day. I'm not sure what it is doing to the actual humidity level yet. I had the crawl space opened and we had significant rain and high humidity so any readings would be impacted by that. I sealed off the crawl space and will check the humidity level in a week. The settings are easy to use, there is an optional gravity drain and it comes with hose for each. Only issues I had was that the instructions don't go in to a lot of detail around placement of the unit. also, there is a function button that I pressed but nothing happened. The manual says its to show settings and I can see those when I change the humidity level setting. I did not see a phone number to call but they do provide a web address. Not a big deal and maybe I did something wrong. So far I'm impressed. Its only been a couple days so starting with 4 stars. I will let you know how it is performing over time and adjust the rating from there.

I purchased this unit after trying 2 other brands let me tell you this unit rocks the other two units could only get my humidity down to 52%. I plugged this unit in overnight got up looked in the morning at it and had my downstairs humidity lowered to 42% the next day I checked it again my humidity down to 32% totally impress with this unit. I’ve been monitoring from week to week and my humidity is never above 41% humidity great unit runs quite easy to set up was so impressed with it, told my son about the unit he has humidity problems in his house. He purchased the exact same one and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great unit works super nice. No need to look at others. This is the one to buy.

The unit was purchased 26 April 2025 and stopped pulling water out of the air November 2025. Tittss customer support said Amazon would replace the unit but Amazon will not provide me a method to obtain another unit.

Had good reviews so we ordered one. It has worked great so far. Took care of the excess moisture and mold buildup issues we were having. Compact but very good machine. Power goes off it'll reset also
