This fan is not too small, not too big - it is just right. The noise is not too quiet (for those who appreciate a bit of white noise), not to loud - it is just right. The solution to cleaning the blades is to buy a bottle brush, (this is the set I got - I am not a promoter:https://amzn.to/3p0S1Vp) wet the brush with a very, very light coating of dish liquid and insert the brush thru the grill at various points; if you are adventurous instead of manually cleaning it, you can turn the fan on low speed. Note - I am not an electrician or safety specialist; I'm certain this cleaning method would not be OSHA approved - so proceed at your own peril. It moves air better than the last few box fans I've purchased which have been very wimpy - yet has a much smaller footprint and the versatility of 180 degrees of angles. ... show more

    • It is powerful and delivers a strong breeze. It cools the room quickly.
I like it because it delivers a strong air breeze and cools a room in a few minutes. There are 3 choices of air strength. I usually use the strongest. A must for these Florida summers. Can't run the AC all the time and I like having the front door open to the Florida room.

Excellent fan, but the switch for low, medium,and high are backwards than any fan I ever had, harder to get to also. Knobs on sides keep loosening up, but otherwise runs good and not that noisy. Just switch in the back really needs changing.

We've bought this fan months ago, but had to use it when our a/c stopped cooling over the weekend (100° Florida heat). We set it up wherever we were sitting or working and it actually felt cool...amazing output, too. Highly recommend!

I purchased this fan on the bases of needing a way top cool down while riding a bicycle on Zwift. Since I didn't want to put tons of money into a fan I looked at a 20" fan an the Commercial Cool Fan The 16 inch blade won, since I though for as close as it would be there was no need to go any larger. This fan puts out air way more any than I need to an extent where it almost feels as thouugh it has a peltier cooler added. The cage is well constructed, and doesnt wobble in any way. The on/off/ mode switch is built into the center of the back panel which leave a clean design. I suggest adding a plug-in remote to the wall outlet, so that you dont have to always go reaching to turn the fan on. So the price point is right, as opposed to what it cost to acquire a Wahoo Kickr Headwind which is really just a fancy FAN. ... show more

Powerful fan that has a strong air flow. I think I like the more compact size-16in blade, over my 20in Lasko. Just due to it being smaller, and easier to set up in the window to draw in the cool air at night. The only thing I don’t like, is that the first setting is on high. So to have to toggle by to set on low. ... show more
