Chair was fairly easy to assemble. The faux leather feels and looks cheap. Once put together there is no way to adjust the level of the chair. So when you sit in its reclined it's wobbly and you feel that you'll fall out. Also, huge hassle to return. I wouldn't recommend.

The sofa was easy to assemble. My friend and I installed it in 30 minutes. All the tools are included. It was fairly easy by sliding All the parts locking it together. The faux leather is smooth and soft. Very comfortable material. On the side, it has two pouch to put the remote controls. Two cup holders for drinks. The media could not be loaded. Fell in love with this chair when I saw it at a neighbors house. Disregard the bad reviews, some people will not be happy no matter what. I put the chair together in 20 minutes, it’s plug & play easy to assemble. Look folks if you’re looking for an expensive recliner go spend the big bucks on one! If you don’t plan on using it like a trampoline then it’s a perfect recliner for relaxing in front of the TV. You get what you pay for. Listen, I’m one for giving stuff chances and trying to fix things. This chair did not work from the jump. It declined and locked up. Never to be moved again.
