First things first, it was easy to put together. It went a little faster once I got my drill out, but the tool they sent is much better than what you normally get with these kinds of products. My old chair was about 8 years old, so I was happy to send it out the front door as soon as this one arrived (which was about 40 minutes ago). I'm sitting in my new chair now, and my back is breathing a sigh of relief. I spend about 7+ hours a day typing at a computer, and my back is normally in a lot of pain. Now, this chair isn't going to fix my back pain or make it not hurt at all, because unfortunately, it's way beyond that. However, as I am sitting here now, it isn't hurting my back like my other chair was. I don't even have the lumbar pillow on it right now, and I feel the support from the chair itself. One thing to note, if you have wide hips, or you want a little extra room between the arms and seat, make sure you don't push the arms all the way in when you're installing that part. I didn't realize that until now, but it works fine for me. Overall, I see no issues with this chair right now, and I'm hoping it'll last a few years. It's comfy and I would say a firm soft, if that makes sense. You really don't want one too soft anyway, because it'll wear down a lot faster. So far, I'm satisfied and ready to get back to typing!

Chair is nice and very versatile. The one drawback that I have noticed up to this point is that the seat cushion lacks enough padding to sit comfortably for over an hour. Now I know some people will be like why sit so long, get up and walk around. I also believe there are others like me that get so involved with what they are doing that they won't leave the seat for hours until they finish or get answers for whatever it is that has their attention. Overall a good chair just lacks additional cushion in the seat bottom for sitting extended periods of time.

This chair far surpasses what i was expecting. People kept asking me why someone small and short would get a big and tall chair…. Well simply put, i work from home. I needed Comfort and durable. My last chair lasted roughly 9 years, and it was time to replace. After days of searching and reading all the reviews I decided on this chair. The instructions it came with and the way they had all the necessary screws and tools all packaged and organized for easy access blew my mind. It was so simple to follow and i was Able to put it together in about 30 minutes. It’s not as squishy as the pics make it look, but it definitely has perfect support. Everyone loves the way the chair looks. The material quality looks to be pretty great and it feels nice. The pillow being able to attach at the top of lower back is great. I do Wish it would raise more though. I feel Quite a bit lower in this chair than my last. The arm rests are easy to move up and down to whatever height is most comfortable to you. The recline is just right. The leg rests/foot rest is a great length for propping your feet up while leaning back and enjoying a show or playing a game. More sturdy than what i was Expecting from reviews on the foot rest as well. Very well made. As of now, i would 1000% buy this again!

This is one sturdy chair. It comes in a lot of little pieces but, good news, the instructions are in lucid English, are well organized and are easy to follow. The booklet is printed on heavy stock and is easy to read. The bolts are all in one package and the tool to tighten the bolts is well made. We bought this for our Grandson but we will be buying another for ourselves.

I bought this chair and was happy to receive it. Put it together in about 30 mins. All of the parts are quality, reassuring that it can support the weight of a 6’4” 320lbs man. After putting the chair together carefully, upon complete I noticed that the seat had defect on the leather cushion. Chairs like this peel if not take care of and treated. Also noted, though the max weight is 400lbs, foot rest isn’t as long as it need a to be for someone with a height of 6’3” and up.
