I have used TENS before but I didn’t like the feel of this one. I had it on the lowest settings and it felt like painful little shocks meant to stimulate various massage techniques. You need to download and set up an App and pair it with the device in order to use this. I found the process of setting up the App very frustrating. They email you an activation code that is only good for 60 seconds. During that 60 seconds you need to input your email address again and make up a password. If the time runs out you will need to request another code. The password cannot include special characters so if you use one the time will likely run out before you have the chance to select another password. I was really excited to use this but I ended up being disappointed. Someone else may like this. It’s basically a belt with two TENS pads.

I have a lot of pain in between my shoulders that I knew would be helped by a tens unit. But they all use those pads you have to stick on. This is impossible to do by yourself. This thing let's me treat unreachable areas and it feels great.

I think this belt is Amazing! I use it every night for my back pain. It works way better than I imagined it would. The best thing about this..besides the pain relief..is that it is completely portable. It's rechargeable and doesn't have to be plugged into an outlet the whole time you have it on. You can wear it while being active. I like to wear it when I'm cleaning the house. It's much better than wearing a back brace. More comfortable too! It's not real wide, so it's not super bulky across your back.. or front. It has multiple modes and intensities. I suggest you try each one to find which mode and intensity you like best. All of the modes are great, but you may have a preference once you try them all. The Massage setting goes through All of the modes. Once you've had it on for a few minutes..and the pain starts to disappear...it's Very relaxing. So much so, that you could just doze off. The power unit is small and kind of snaps on magnetically. It does pop off occasionally.. if your clothes catch on it. They could maybe make that a little more secure so it doesn't unsnap and pop off so easily. If it does happen to pop loose, Do Not reattach it until you make sure the intensity is set to Zero on the app. If you don't....you're going to get a JOLT that is pretty intense and not very pleasant. The pads on the belt are a really good size, but I think it would be better if they were a little bigger so it covers a little more area. What I Really like about the pads is that once you have the belt on, they pretty much adhere themselves to your skin. They stay where you put them! It's well made and a really nice quality belt. It's actually pretty comfortable to wear. I have Raved to Everyone about this belt .. because I Love it so much!! This is one of the absolute Best pain relief belts I have. I'm completely ecstatic about the results It's given me :)

I ordered this back brace with a tens unit in it to wear to help the pain in my lower back. I put the back belt on and placed the blue host button on the metal electrode buttons located on the back brace and when I removed it to operate it, one of the buttons snapped off the back (pictures attached), it broke the electrical connection so I am unable to use it. This back brace would be perfect if it hadn’t been for the defectiveness. I was trying to be extra careful with it the whole time. I downloaded the app, registerd for an account and signed up and even tried it out, seeing if it would work with just the one electrode button connected, but it would not work at all. I am disappointing because I was looking forward to using this to help relieve my back pain.

We have experience with TENS, so I was excited to get this for my husband where he could wear it with out having cords hanging every where. I swear I read it had heat, but it doesn't, and based off the name you would easily assume it had temp control. "Comfy Temp"? I won't return it because of the hassle, but disappointed I spent that much money and I could have spent the same for one that also included heat.

It is so nice to have a small heating/massaging pad that can be worn. It's rechargeable, so no cord to tie me down. Sometimes after a long day at work I have lower back pain. Applying this small unit really reduces my pain but allows me to continue to do things that I need to get done.

This TENS unit is pretty easy to set up and use, and is adjustable so you can use it on different body parts. The power is decent, and while it comes with a spray bottle to help skin conduciveness, it's really not needed. The instruction manual is a poor translation of English and some of the warnings are kind of scary. Most of it can be reasonably deciphered, but some things are just nonsense. It warns that it could cause cardiac disturbances--which is fair, but even wearing in a normal position on my upper back felt scary.

This Cordless Back Massager Brace with TENS EMS is amazing. I suffer from lower back pain so I decided to give this massager a try. I love that it's cordless so I don't have to be stationed in one spot while using it. It does take a little getting used to. Start with low intensity and choose the setting that works best for you and slowly increase the intensity you're most comfortable with. The directions are very simple to follow, you have to download the app on your smart phone for it to work. From your phone you can choose from the various settings (tap, rub, knead, etc) and intensities. The elastic belt is very comfortable to wear and also compacted and portable so you can take it anywhere with you...just make sure it's fully charged before your trip. It comes with chargers and a tiny water sprayer.
