This is the coolest intrument. I had a smaller one and loved it but this one is the bomb. The Quality is really good and it looks beautiful with the etching on it. The sound is right on and the Case , Stand and accessories are great quality. I LOVE THIS INSTRUMMENT AND AM SO GLAD I GOT IT!

I've been saving for a hand pan and researching while looking for the right one for me. This pan weighs 16 lbs. Since I'm older in age I was glad it wasn't too big or too heavy, and it came with a lightweight stand. If you play the pan vigorously, you'd be wise to invest in a better stand. It comes with sticks, but I prefer to use my hands, because you can blend so many more sounds. The sound quality is good for a cheaper grade pan but the fact that it has 10 notes gives you more opportunity for more sounds. I'm new to this instrument so would've liked some sort of sheet of instructions for Dummies, but you do get a cleaning cloth, and some numbers you can stick on it. There are plenty of free online websites where you can learn the basics. I'd bought books from Amazon before getting this pan and watched You Tube videos. Thinking about signing up for classes online. For the money this was a good buy.

Awesome for the price! I think real musicians may be disappointed? I've heard reviews that they are often out of tune? But I purchased this as a simple introduction to music and something to learn easy patterns and meditative hobby, for. So it has met all of my needs. It sounds nice and is easy to play, great size. Only critique is that the highest 3 notes are consistently more difficult to get nice sound out of, they are less responsive to taps and sound "tin"ier than the low notes.

It’s early to write a strong review. I will say received in excellent condition, the tones sound right, all accessories came with it. Using the supplied sticks allows you to play quite nicely and quickly. Learning to use your hands is totally on you. I’d recommend for starting.

Excellent customer service. I had received my hand pan but a few of the notes had no resonance. I reached out to customer service and they were absolutely phenomenal in sending me a replacement right away and this one that I received today sounds just heavenly. They did explain that although very rare that once in a blue moon this can happen. I would definitely recommend this beautiful handpan 100%. I purchaced a taller hand painted stand from Amazon for it and the set up is just lovely! I will be playing it daily!
